“Third Year of an Amazing Stay!”

“This was our third year staying at this incredible place, and it never disappoints! It has everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We also really appreciated being allowed to check out late—it was a huge help.We do want to sincerely apologize for not checking the checkout rules more carefully. We accidentally left some things out of place and forgot to take the trash can out of one of the bathrooms. That was absolutely not our intention.Thank you again for another wonderful stay. cozy basement

Overall a good experience, easy access, comfortable place nicely decorated and well-equipped. Good noise control for a basement. The vicinity with grocery stores, highways and entertainment was adequate. Stiff steps and difficult access for people with limited mobility.

Wonderful property!

Beautiful unit in a safe Draper neighborhood, close to shopping and dining and I-15 access. My family and I had a wonderful 5-night stay in July 2023. • A/C & WASHER/DRYER: There is no A/C in the unit, but trust me when I say you don't need it since it's a below-grade basement apartment -- temps got above 100 degrees while we were visiting and the apartment stayed a cool 68-71 degrees (we kept all blinds closed while likely helped as well). There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent pods and laundry baskets in each bedroom closet. We were able to do a couple loads of laundry while there which was appreciated. • DECOR: The space is decorated tastefully and feels homey in an elegant, non-sterile way. • BEDROOMS: The two large bedrooms with king-size beds were perfect for our family. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets with hangers and shelving. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with plenty of storage for toiletries. The other bedroom doesn't have an attached bathroom but has a bathroom right out side the bedroom door (our daughter used that one). We all slept well and agreed that the mattresses provided us with the best nights sleep we've had in a while - they are VERY comfortable! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan as well which we had on low every night and were more than comfortable, temperature-wise. • KITCHEN: The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook. No bacon or other foods with lingering scents allowed.

Beautiful and Cozy Space

Jolene's home is a great space - very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and with everything we needed. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. Two downsides...first, because the owners live upstairs, there is often the sound of voices or walking heard from above - this was not bothersome to us and it was very quiet during sleeping hours, but something to be aware of. Second, this is a basement apartment, so while there is plenty of light, there is no "out the window" view so it feels a bit like you're in a cave. Again, not bothersome for us as we were out most of the time anyway, but something to note if you plan to stay in a lot.

Wow. Incredible place clean, eve things you need. Plenty of supplies , even a wafle maker. Love it will definitely will be back. Just 5 miles further than Sandy I really love Draper . The best restaurant and the most amazing bakery close by. Thanks you.

Quiet, peaceful, private, we absolutely loved staying at this property. We really appreciated the custom decor, wonderfully equipped kitchen and the luxurious sateen sheets. This is a thoughtful, well designed space that we can’t wait to revisit. Nothing is better than skiing all day, exhausting your body and being able to look forward to returning to a space that welcomes you. We loved relaxing here, listening to jazz and cooking beautiful meals without the stress of going out. We slept very sound without worry. This property is very special, truly tranquil.

Felt just like home

The place was exactly what we needed for all 6 of our siblings to be together, cook together and laugh together. We felt bad for the owners upstairs because we were so loud but they were very gracious and didn’t complain. Will stay again for sure.

Huge, fully-stocked, pristine apartment

This roomy, beautiful apartment with two king suites was ideal for our family. With a sparkling, well-stocked kitchen and huge dining table, it was easy to cook and sit down comfortably together at mealtimes. A massive sectional sofa and enormous TV worked well for us too. Parking is off-street and very close to the unit. While there is a steep staircase leading to the front door, the approach is beautiful, well-lit, and features sturdy railings.

We enjoyed our visit to Utah and loved staying in this beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable basement apartment with private entry. Apartment was clean and very accommodating. Host had waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter upon our arrival. Very nice location in Draper. We would stay here again!

A gem of a rental near the slopes.

This rental apartment was very spacious for a two bedroom unit. It also featured two bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated, well appointed with every detail (plush towels, clean bedding, extra blankets, all kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities), and incredibly clean with a warm welcoming feel. We were very comfortable and thoroughly impressed our entire stay. The property manager was extremely cordial, and very receptive to all of our needs, which due to their hospitality, were not very much at all. We would love to stay here agin in the future.
