The Space:
This 1,281 sq ft (120 sq) 4th-floor condo inside a newly developed complex that promotes an ecological, spiritual and natural lifestyle coupled with modern luxuries and comforts. Guests will enjoy an eco-designed space blended with Tulum’s elements all in the heart of Tulum.
This top-floor corner unit features:
- Open living/kitchen/dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors for an incredible indoor/outdoor connection and flow of air, a sofa lounge spot with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for downtime moments at home.
- Direct access to two private terraces, one with sofa seating and a plunge pool with lush views of native vegetation!
- The living space offers lots of natural light and an extension from indoors to outdoors through all the glass doors with lush views of the grounds and eco-design finishes that offer a nice cooling effect.

The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.
The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.
There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens and towels. If you'd like that service, additional fees will apply.
Some home and bath essentials are provided like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner. These items however are not replenished. If you need more, you must purchase more. And any other supplies needed during your stay must also be purchased.
Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. We ask that you please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check in property using a lockbox to access the keys. The codes and check-in instructions will be provided to you within 24 hours of arrival.
