Such a cute place in a great location! It was very well maintained and the patio was a perfect cozy spot to relax.

Our brief getaway

My husband and I booked this stay because it was close to Main Street and we could walk to many restaurants and shops. The management provided contact information and were responsive. The suite was adorable! Clean and cozy! We enjoyed our time and would definitely book with them again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time for a 3 night getaway. Location is perfect, super close to Main Street--we walked to brunch and dinner. Hot tub was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Nice and Cozy

My Wife and I chose this property for our Anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it! The room was immaculate and very intimate. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Personal & Romantic Room

Everything was great! Stocked with plenty firewood and kindling to get fire started. Provided some wine glasses as well. The only things I wish could've been better are the hot tub and the electric fireplace. The hot could be a little hotter and the fireplace would trip a breaker sometimes and had to reset.

Excellent weekend getaway

Property was amazing. It was only a 5 minute walk to Main Street. The room was very clean and had a private patio and hot tub. Check in and check out were super simple with very clear instructions. Would definitely book again

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was so comfortable! Great spot and we were able to walk to Main Street in 5 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and experience

We had a great time. The main strip of Fredericksburg was walkable from the place, which we loved. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Everything went smoothly and was as described!

Weekend Getaway

We loved our cozy stay and weekend getaway in Fredericksburg. Location to the main shops and restaurants was perfect. The outdoor patio space with stocked fire wood and a semi private hot tub area made it all even more enjoyable.

I’ll start off with the positive. Great location! You can walk to main st and brunch places! The pictures look like it in person, I can tell now why there’s no pictures of the shower, it is literally the most low effort shower ever, water pressure? We don’t know her. It was a stones floor in the shower but it was missing a chunk. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Now let’s get to some of the bad, as stated the shower was lacking and missing a flooring chunk, second night there our hot tub wasn’t working- we didn’t contact anyone due to it being late and we were exhausted anyways and it worked the third and final night- our neighbors in the Lily were having obvious issues, they were obnoxious- making alll kinds of noises which you can hear clearly especially in the bathroom, they kept yanking at the front door clearly fighting with it to get it open, at least FOUR times with the last being our last night after midnight waking us up. And the final straw? I had a feeling there were roaches (I’m super afraid of them) and guess what came out while I was taking a shower? Yup, a gigantic 3 inch minimum fat roach. I’m so glad I didn’t see it until our last day. I reached out personally to the property, they had zero empathy to ANY of the issues we described above, and furthermore tried to excuse the roaches stating “ The roach you saw is a palmetto or water roach which I’m sure came in from outside” there’s no water or palmetto trees around. Absolutely disgusting.

Nice place

Very cozy and clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear the neighboring cottage taking pretty clearly. Also the hot tub wouldn’t heat past 82 degrees which was disappointing. Otter than that we had everything we needed!

Everything was great, all expectations met. Loved inside and out. Just a warning for shorter people: The bed is very high, step stool needed.

Perfect Retreat

Perfect place to stay and get away with your other half! Just a few blocks from Main St. and all of the good eats. Shopping is a plus! Plan to stay here again in the fall!

Wonderful room.

Great location to Main St.. Fredericksburg is a great little town with lots of little shops. Hot tub make a great ending to a long day. Will definitely stay again.
