Porch Light Hospitality presenterar, The Pumphouse. Byggt 1933, var det ursprungliga pumphuset en väderkvarn matad vatten lagringstank för huvudhuset en arbetsgård. Smakfullt renoverat 2013, oser Pumphouse charm när du kommer in i det ursprungliga "Basse" rock tankhus. Den industriella känslan av galvaniserade rör och cementgolv är noggrant balanserad med ett mysigt vardagsrum och plysch king size-säng. Badrummet har en jacuzzi och duschkabin. Lovely & Quiet Space

This was our 2nd time staying here. We loved it as much as the first. Quiet, clean, and has a hot tub! Very nice experience and highly recommend.

Outstanding Property

The property was great!! Typically when I see pictures it turns out to not be as advertise but this was an exception!! It was very well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for just the two of us. Hot tub was great, minus a couple of keys not working. Would definitely recommend it

Awesome!!!

This is a great property and place to stay. Close to everything in Fredericksburg and quiet. It was so quiet, no hotel doors slamming at all hours of the night, plus a hot tub, a hammock, and a firepit/grill. It’s a no brainer we will be back.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and everything was perfect! The Pumphouse was too cute and nothing was out of order. Everything was supplied for us and nothing was left out. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Pleasant and quite place to relax.

The property is very nice. We stayed during the eclipse and were very happy with the meadow just behind the units. Very quiet and relaxing.

Anniversary Trip

This was our 1st time in Fredericksburg, and we loved it!! The Pumphouse was a perfect place to stay for our 30th anniversary. It was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We will definitely be back and hope to stay there again. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted…♥️

Wonderful stay!

The pictures provided on the listing are beautiful, but being there in person is even better! Truly such an enjoyable stay and they thought of everything. We were able to enjoy local coffee beans in the morning and the hot tub in the evening. Everything was spotless. Our only complaint is that we could not get the indoor fireplace to start; there was instructions to contact the property manager but we felt it was too late in the evening to make that call. Loved our stay!

Relaxing Weekend

The space was clean and relaxing. We loved having the hot tub and fire pit to use every night. It was a perfect long weekend getaway during this pandemic.

Rain or shine relaxation

Esthetic and practical. Only a 4 minute drive to Main St. with a HEB and Walgreens along the way. The hot tub and outdoor TV were covered so we were still able to enjoy them during the rain and the fireplace in the bedroom was perfect to add some extra coziness. Luckily the rain stopped on our last evening and we relaxed by the fire pit with some wine. We definitely plan on staying again sometime!
