Porch Light Hospitality presenterar, The Pumphouse. Byggt 1933, var det ursprungliga pumphuset en vÀderkvarn matad vatten lagringstank för huvudhuset en arbetsgÄrd. Smakfullt renoverat 2013, oser Pumphouse charm nÀr du kommer in i det ursprungliga "Basse" rock tankhus. Lovely & Quiet Space

This was our 2nd time staying here. We loved it as much as the first. Quiet, clean, and has a hot tub! Very nice experience and highly recommend.

Awesome!!!

This is a great property and place to stay. Close to everything in Fredericksburg and quiet. It was so quiet, no hotel doors slamming at all hours of the night, plus a hot tub, a hammock, and a firepit/grill. It’s a no brainer we will be back.

Pleasant and quite place to relax.

The property is very nice. We stayed during the eclipse and were very happy with the meadow just behind the units. Very quiet and relaxing.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and everything was perfect! The Pumphouse was too cute and nothing was out of order. Everything was supplied for us and nothing was left out. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again.

Anniversary Trip

This was our 1st time in Fredericksburg, and we loved it!! The Pumphouse was a perfect place to stay for our 30th anniversary. It was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We will definitely be back and hope to stay there again. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted ♄

Outstanding Property

The property was great!! Typically when I see pictures it turns out to not be as advertise but this was an exception!! It was very well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for just the two of us. Hot tub was great, minus a couple of keys not working. Would definitely recommend it

Perfect relaxing getaway

My husband and I loved staying at the pump house. It was great for our weekend getaway! Close enough to main street but still very peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We really enjoyed the private courtyard area each night, and in the morning while drinking coffee. The place was decorated so cute and the bed was comfy . We really enjoyed the robes provided too

Super Cute and Rustic

The Pumphouse is a super cute, little rustic place. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed another. There were plenty of towels, wash clothes and handtowels. Nice robes to borrow also. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The pictures provided on the listing are beautiful, but being there in person is even better! Truly such an enjoyable stay and they thought of everything. We were able to enjoy local coffee beans in the morning and the hot tub in the evening. Everything was spotless. Our only complaint is that we could not get the indoor fireplace to start; there was instructions to contact the property manager but we felt it was too late in the evening to make that call. Loved our stay!

All That And More!

I gave 5 stars for "Accuracy of online listing" but have to say the owners could gush even more about this home! It's one of those "Oh my gosh" moments when you drive up to this amazing little homestead - four properties together. The Pumphouse was beyond what we expected. Beautifully rehabbed, decorated, appointed. Welcoming, comfortable, honestly more than most travelers would expect. Who couldn't enjoy this home - comfortable bed, jetted tub and hot tub in the lovely private yard. My husband and I planned future trips while staying here. I believe the stars aligned when we found this Gathering Place in Fredricksburg. Thank you to Mike and Dawsie for a lovely time.
