Lovely studio a step away from the beach

Relax and enjoy a peaceful night or two a step away from the beach.

You will have your own studio with private bathroom and free parking on premises.

A large deck will welcome your breakfast, lunch and dinner facing a beautiful bush land where you will enjoy birds and sometimes kangaroos.

About 1km from here is the beach, various coffeeshops and a boat ramp and a tad further are grocery stores and petrol stations.
Enjoy this unique and delightful hidden place!

The space
Private studio with queen bed, lounge and TV. Private bathroom and kitchenette. Large deck with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs facing bushland.

Guest access
The studio is located on a private property, your host will welcome you and provide you with your keys. On departure, please leave your keys in the studio.

Fantastic for a couple, or our situation, dad and young boys. We had three hand towels but no face washers and there were no butter knives otherwise we thought it was fantastic

Nice studio overlooking the bush.

We had an ok stay here but were just passing through for 1 night. The hosts were lovely and the outlook was lovely. It incredibly noisy throughout the night as the hosts live above and we honestly weren't able to get much sleep and because of that we wouldn't stay here again.

Great spot, had everything you need

Self contained downstairs floor in larger home. You will get suburban noise & some from upstairs - didn’t bother me. Peaceful spot, handy to nice walks, coffee spots, and 20-25 min easy walk to North Broulee beach (2 min drive). Lovely hosts - even gave me freshly ground coffee. Recommend.

What a little gem! We loved our stay here. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful nature setting. We will be back :)

Cosey hideaway

The host was very organised and got back to us very quickly by email which is always so helpful. He was friendly, respectful and helpful and took the time to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and able to get into the studio. The property was clean and organised and very well kitted out. The bed is super comfy. We loved staying here and will be back.

Comfy quiet spot

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice easy to access walk by the water. Well appointed apartment under the main house looking into pleasant bush land with tall trees. We’re expecting ocean views from the photo but happy with the pleasant tranquil outlook. Thanks for a great stay Francois. You’re a good host.

disappointed

We did not receive instructions by text for check in. Apparently they were sent by email, but as there was no WIFI we only received it the day after. We had to stay in a motel overnight in Batemans Bay. With all the other bookings the instructions come by text and we had no problems. Highly unsatisfactory and we expect a refund.

A lovely, simple, quiet night stay. Waking up to the bird calls among the trees at the back of the yard was lovely. Our host was very pleasant to deal with, and we'll be back next time we want a weekend at the beach.

Comfortable, god location

Nice, neat new property. Comfortable, clean and well insulated so warms up nicely. Very quiet! We had a short overnight stay only. Convenient with a pet. Quick, easy walk down to the waterfront. There’s a lovely cafe there with plenty of outdoor seating so you can bring your pet. Mossy Point is a picturesque, beautiful town.

Easter Break

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property with our pup Angel.Francois and Stephanie were gracious, helpful hosts. The facilities were very clean and modern. As older adults we were a little concerned about the stairs to access the accomodation as we are very conscious of falls. There was a good solid handrail which was useful for us. Thanks Stephanie and Francois for a delightful stay 😊

Seaside retreat

We really enjoyed our stay and Francois is a very friendly and obliging host. The accommodation is modern, open and airy and in a peaceful setting looking directly into the greenery of bush and trees.

The studio is well set up with great facilities - everything we needed. BUT we booked this particular property because it said "footsteps to the water" which is just not true unless you think 15 or 20 mins walk to the beach is footsteps. We also thought with the bush outlook it would be quiet - which it was until the owner woke at 6am and started walking around upstairs. We could hear every step, every teaspoon being put down, the washing machine going. I guess that's the downside of being under someone's house. Final comment - being under the house comes with that under house smell.

Great spot for a short stay

My partner and I stayed here with a fur-baby for a few nights and we enjoyed it. Stephanie and Francois are lovely. The studio has everything you need for a couple of nights and is close to a few cafes and dog friendly beaches (main draw card for us). We will go back for another long weekend!

The studio is ideally located in a peaceful residential street, easy walk to Broulee North and Broulee South Beaches The Mossy Point boat ramp is easily accessible by foot.
Local shops, cafes and petrol station are nearby and Batemans Bay and Moruya are only a short drive away. The lovely town of Mogo, and its zoo, are less than 10 minutes away.

If you enjoy Yoga and are looking for a private session, Stephanie is an accredited Yoga teacher with years of experience and practice. Please, enquire directly to us for details.
