Cozy historic bungalow with so many nice touches

We enjoyed staying at this property! The house is cozy with lots of amenities, A/C was wonderful, the grounds were well kept and drew in lots of birds. The host provided games, books, CDs, spice and lots of other cooking items and it was easy to find things we needed. Would definitely book this again!

Arizona vacation week 2

Property central to downtown, restaurants, National parks and less than an hour from some nice wineries. Quiet neighborhood safe for walking. Plenty of room in older charming house with front and back yards perfect for sipping coffee and watching the birds including hummingbirds in birdbath and flowers. Next door neighbor very friendly as well.

Christmas in Tucson!

The home and yards are kept immaculately and the lovely plants and layout of the grounds is the best we’ve ever seen!Tristan and Ivan have been wonderfully accommodating and so kind and helpful! The home is beautifully furnished and a true joy to stay in! We didn’t want it leave! This was a very merry Christmas for us!We he home

Great location and lovely home

The house was comfortable and easy to feel at home in. The outside was very inviting and lovely with an easy view of the mountains and beautiful neighborhood to walk our dog. All in all loved Tucson and the house added to it's magic.

Tucson get away!

We loved our stay. Perfect yard for our medium sized dog. Very peaceful setting and courtyard. The house was well stocked and owner communicative. Would love to stay here again!

Tucson get away

Loved our stay at this charming house. The courtyard was very peaceful and included a bubbling fountain and was completely enclosed, perfect for our dog. House was well stocked in kitchen and met all of our needs. Would stay here again!

Trip to Tucson

We loved this authentic historic house, its privacy and the thoughtful and beautiful decor. It was a good location for easy access to downtown. The neighbourhood was eclectic and quiet. House was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. Outdoor areas were very nice to have. Overall I would return for sure.

Beautiful home! Peaceful yard and homey stay!

We were so happy to find this wonderful home for our week-long stay! The backyard is just the most peaceful place with the porch swing and fountain. My boyfriend spent a lot of time practicing his putting, although our dogs would grab the balls before they went in the hole :) this was a perfect stay for someone who has a pup with them, it’s so nice to be able to just open the door and know the dogs are in a safe yard. There were plenty of cleaning and cooking supplies and the office area was great for me since I work remote. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

A Charming Place, in a great location!

This Tucson Casita is more lovely than the pictures and a perfect place to enjoy a journey with the furry family member. Even the orchids enjoyed their stay in the sunrise that streams into the dining room each morning. The antique furniture is wonderful. One of the bathrooms is European and very quaint. The casita is tastefully updated, and has unbelievable closet and storage space. The dutch door that opens to the back yard is wonderful. It was a joy to migrate between the front and back porches. Sunsets are beautiful from the front porch. Very thoughtfully, there is a vintage hinged-lid garbage can in the back yard for waste.I will definitely check this place on my next trip to Tucson.

Lovely home in historic Jefferson park.

Excellent stay overall. Beautiful details, like textiles used for rugs, curtains, pillow covers, lovely garden in front, city’s trees in backyard, with good seating and shade. The kitchen was well stocked. Thoughtful additions. Lots of spices. Some good condiments in fridge, oils and vinegars in cupboard. Conveniences for cooks, hikers, , like foil, plastic wrap and bags. Adequate pots and pans. More Tupperware would be helpful and could cut down on use of plastic wrap, which we chose not to use with leftovers. A few things would have been helpful: placemats, trivets, à spinner and colander, sharper knives (always a problem for folks who like to cook). We used cloth napkins for our plates and avoided bringing hot or cold things to table to protect the lovely wooden table. A clock would have been wonderful! The backyard was lovely. Good seating. We added two chairs our daughter had in her car so four of us could sit together. We saw a hummingbird bathing in the much appreciated fountain. Maybe a few better chairs in the front yard? The yard is so beautiful. . The bathroom in bedroom room with the king bed should be explained to renters. We only used it once since the floor would then be wet (and slippery). Four of us shared shower in the other bathroom. Lovely textiled curtains. A bit tricky to step over the tub sides to get in. Great location. In walking distance of many independent restaurants. In Tucson, to be able to walk to a choice of restaurants is a great plus. Beautiful view of Catalina’s. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Even better than expected!

The pictures and description do not do justice to this gem of a home. The neighborhood is wonderfully convenient. Communication was easy and friendly. When I return to Tucson, this place will always be my first choice.

Great place, good location

As advertised this was a very cool, charming 100 year old home. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well. Not really pedestrian friendly to restaurants but plenty of great choices within a short drive. Super clean and well stocked. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat

Wonderful, Warm, Well-Located Casita

Love this house, and would highly recommend and stay again. Traditional adobe style, eclectic and stylish decor, lots of room, great kitchen, comfy bed, very pretty view from the front patio. Very easy check-in and out, with clear instructions. Close to Banner Medical Centre and the U of A, and easy access to just about everything else.
