Great location/ really comfortable

This is a great home for a stay in Crystal River. The house is well equipped and very homey. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for my extended-family group of 8. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, and quaint

We built so many beautiful memories here in only a few days. The host was amazing and accomadating. The home was beautiful, spacy, and quaint. This was a perfect space. Thank you for such special hospitality.

very convenient quiet location

I've stayed in a number of VRBO properties over the years. This one is a top rated home with a great location in a quiet neighborhood. the location is conveniently located near sites, grocery, and dining ... and it's minutes from the water!

Wonderful Retreat

Excellent location. Beautiful house

The location is within 5 minutes of all dining and activities. Very quiet on golf course. Very clean and up to date. We had a terrific family vacation. Would highly recommend.

Great for our Scalloping Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at a Crystal Haven house. Worked well for our 2 families with teenagers. They enjoyed the game room & outdoor space. Would stay there again!

Great house and location

The home was very clean and well equipped. It was in a great location on the golf course and near restaurants and attractions. Enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the enclosed porch. Would come back.

Great time!

Perfect home for our 2 families with several kids. Bunk room was great for the kiddos, ping pong, pool, fuse ball, tons of things to do. Cold a/c in a hot summer was perfect. Large master suite, large driveway to fit truck and boat trailer. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Manatee super fun!

Had an amazing time swimming with the manatees and enjoying the great food area Crystal River (seafood seller is amazing!) the house was so comfortable and exactly as advertised. The host was fantastic, I mean I’m not sure how Kelly could have been any better. Totally recommend everything about this listing and crystal River in general

Very large. Two nice bedrooms with large beds and another with about 6 bunk beds. Clean. Very well taken care of. Convenient. Nice porch and golf course view.

Christmas Cheer

We truly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. Games galore kept us busy; corn hole, ping pong, pool and more were available to make our stay enjoyable. We also celebrated our mother’s 94th birthday.

The house was clean and comfortable. The front door lock was a bit of a tension and no outdoor lights were on to help as we checked in late. Place worked for our needs.

Quite Impressed with Size of Rooms

Quite impressed with the size of the rooms. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed 2 nights. So our time in the house was mostly the evenings as we were busy doing during the day. Backyard area with Adirondack chairs was relaxing to sit in and talk.

This was one of our very best VRBO. stays ever! The home surpassed the photos, owners and support staff lovely, every possible need anticipated and generously provided for. Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our group of four ladies who came to snorkel with manatees in Crystal River. It is in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants and Fun 2 Dive. We loved having space to spread out after full days of activities. The washer and dryer was great to take care of all wet items after the manatee swim. Loved it!

Refreshing

We enjoyed the stay at this beautiful welcoming spacious house and would stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. There was ample house supplies if needed, including extra coffee. Check in was easy and communication with our property manager was quick efficient and easy if needed. The listing is accurate but they forgot to include the beautiful birds that live in the area that can be visible by relaxing in the Florida room out back. There were bluebirds that would come into the yard. The location of the home was ideal close to restaurants and the shore. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and wide open space out back. The kids and I enjoyed the hundreds of video games available on the TV set in the living room, the ping pong table and fooseball game. Thank-you for renting this property.

Convenience, comfort, Amenities

The Crystal Haven was found exactly as described in the listing and it was immaculate. The manager was easy to contact and arranged for our getting checked in an hour ahead of schedule despite having previous guests from whom to turn around. Cleaning crew did an amazing job readying that many bedsin so short a time. We were there to enjoy the manatees and this location was perfect. Close but in a quiet area. The game room was enjoyed by all from grandparents to the 11, 8, 6, 4 and 2 yr old. Bed comfort is subjective but we found all beds quite to our liking with extra blankets for the cold snap that blew in from the North Pole . The only negative remark we have is the washing machine was quite noisy and may have some mechanical issues in the offing but it worked for us and didn't damage any of our items. Would stay here again in a heartbeat but it apoears to be for sale and may not be available next time.

We had a great stay.

The property was very clean, well maintained. It had everything you needed including. Extra laundry detergent. The family was comfortable, enough room To spread out. Comfortable beds and living room/dinning. Highly recommend, fees were a little high so factor that into the nightly cost.

A Beautiful and Peaceful Home

My brother and I made the trek up to Crystal River for a triathalon on Fort Island Beach and rented this beautiful home to serve as our base. My wife and kids joined along with my parents. It was a whole family affair! The check in process was easy and the home was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and even sent us a dozen donuts as a token of gratitude. We couldn't have asked for a better location with the home being within such close proximity to Fort Island and all of the other amenities that CR has to offer . The backyard is serene with the golf course serving as a gorgeous backdrop. The streets are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We cooked most of meals in the well equipped kitchen, relaxed around the fire pit, and made memories that'll last a lifetime. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home. Can't wait to book our return trip for next year!
