På den andra sidan av huset finns de två gästrummen - gäst sovrum nr 1 har - 2 våningssängar - full på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Gäst sovrum # 2 har en king size-säng, badrum och garderob. Det finns ett gästbadrum mellan de två rummen med badkar / duschkombo. Det finns en vedeldad öppen spis mellan vardagsrummet och matsalen i mitten av huset. Köket har två ugnar, kylskåp, inbyggd mikrovågsugn, dubbelt handfat och en frukostkrog. Inuti tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en stor skärmad veranda på baksidan av huset med utsikt över vattnet. 2 båtslipp. Bredvid huset finns ett stort inhägnad område för husdjur och båtvagnar. Det finns ett garage i full storlek och 3 kajaker tillgängliga för gästerna. Detta hus ligger på gångavstånd till Plantation Golf Course, restaurang, tiki bar och båtuthyrning. Små husdjur ok med husdjursavgift. 12 sovplatser! Ta med dina båtar eller hyr dem bredvid. Båtrampen ligger några minuter bort. Se manaterna komma ända upp till havsväggen. Great family get-together

Perfect winter getaway!

Great house four our group of 9 and a couple of pups! Close to everything in town, easy paddle to all of the springs, well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, manatees in the back yard, etc. Had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break!

We loved the property. Perfect for our two family’s. Tons of space and above and beyond everything you need. Ping pong table was a huge hit! We were there to kayak and see manatees. 3 sisters spring is an absolute must! It was a long paddle for our crew but we made it! Very close to hunter springs beach. We took the kayaks there and launched them. That is a must do as well! On our last day we rented a boat from the adventure center across the water and had a fabulous time seeing everything by boat. We hope to visit again soon!

The house is fully equipped for a great vacation. The location is central to everything you need. The weather didn’t cooperate but we made the best of it.

We had a blast!

Loved being so close to all the action on the canal. House was spacious and nice—we loved the huge ice maker and being able to dock the boat right out back. Plenty of parking!

Family Manatee Vaca

There were 6 of us that made it out of 11. We could have easily and comfortably slept all 11. The convenience to get on the water daily was superb! We saw 5 manatees playing in the canal for over an hour, and we were even visited by 3 bald eagles at one time! Game room was an added bonus for the teens. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch watching the rain. Super spacious and 3 bathrooms made for great privacy for all. Loved this home!!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for 4 adults - comfortable king size beds in 2 of the rooms. Loved sitting on the back patio watching boats and kayaks. The ping pong table was fun to play also.

The best property we ever stayed at

Property manager, Dani, did a great job. We could find everything we needed during our stay. Location is superb, we were kayaking almost every day. Property was super clean when we arrived. Really enjoyed it!

Down Time Needed

The house was simply amazing. There was enough room for everyone and then some if needed. We loved the 2 master suites with the on suites. The location was perfect. The events we were there for, grocery stores, restaurants, gas you name it and it was close by. Looking forward to staying next year. Thanks Dani

Spacious and well equipped home

Great spot to stay and dock boat. Easy access to waterways for a great day of fishing or scalloping. Everything is here for a wonderful stay. Hosts are warm, responsive and thought of everything to ensure home is perfectly equipped. A great choice for our long weekend with friends.

Rent this house every time you visit Crystal River!!!

The house was great with plenty of room for our family and a couple of extended family. Very close to town and all the amenities! The property manager was super helpful and always just a text away! We really had a great relaxing time with no worries at all! Thank y’all!

Great relaxing week

The property was exactly as listed. Clean and stocked well. We enjoyed dinner on the covered patio watching the manatee swim by. We brought our boat and loved the relaxing rides around the area. We will be back!!

Perfect Crystal River Canal Hideaway

This pet friendly cozy home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the ping pong table and access by water to nearby restaurants. We’ll appointed home with new appliances and a huge ice maker. Perfect for us- we’ll be back soon!

Excellent location

House is located on a quiet dead end street. House is very spacious and clean. It is equipped with everything you need so no worries about forgetting anything. It has multiple boat slips. I have a 26’ fishing boat and had no issues getting in and out. With all of that said the best part was how accommodating and helpful the owners were. You won’t regret renting this house.

Great family vacation

Our family, and it’s a large one with lots of bonus siblings, does a yearly trip. Everyone said hands down this was the best house! With the boat docks right out back, the Plantation around the corner and Winn Dixie up the street it was amazing! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips! The few times I had to reach out Dani was amazing and super helpful! All in all a wonderful family vacation!

Lovely time

We came to visit Crystal River with my parents and kids. House was great. Location was nice. The kayaks were lots of fun for the kids. The screened in porch was my favorite. The ice maker was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve found in the size and price range from our trips around the country.

Excellent summer family weekend

House is extremely clean and prepared with everything you need for a fun family vacation. Very functional layout. The owners have thought of everything and are very easy to communicate with. House is directly across from Plantation Inn on a narrow canal. The kayaks and boat slip are very convenient. House is pet friendly but would never know it! All around excellent.

Boat slip was the reason

Great spacious house. The ping pong table and ice machine were great additions. Having a place to park the boat trailer was great! The no-seeums were bad in the evenings and the tidal swing made it difficult to use the boat slip. Outside of those two things which the host can’t control, everything was Awesome!

2022 scalloping

As always Dani is a fantastic hostess. The house was immaculate, of course our stay was to short. However, we had a fantastic time scalloping, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and boating. We are already excited for our 2023 trip!
