Stort vardagsrum / matrum kombination med bäddsoffa och platt-TV. Terrazo golv i hela huset. Vardagsrummet vetter mot det stora Florida Game Room. Njut av majshål, ping pongbord, tv och spelstation. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, trä laminatgolv, platt-tv, hans / hennes walk in garderober och ett privat badrum med duschkabin. På den andra sidan av huset finns de två gästrummen - gäst sovrum nr 1 har - 2 våningssängar - full på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Gäst sovrum # 2 har en king size-säng, badrum och garderob. Det finns ett gästbadrum mellan de två rummen med badkar / duschkombo. Det finns en vedeldad öppen spis mellan vardagsrummet och matsalen i mitten av huset. Köket har två ugnar, kylskåp, inbyggd mikrovågsugn, dubbelt handfat och en frukostkrog. Inuti tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kommersiell Ice Maker !!!! 2 glidbilar för din båt utan tak - båtar med torn OK!
Det finns en stor skärmad veranda på baksidan av huset med utsikt över vattnet. 2 båtslipp. Bredvid huset finns ett stort inhägnad område för husdjur och båtvagnar. Det finns ett garage i full storlek och 3 kajaker tillgängliga för gästerna. Detta hus ligger på gångavstånd till Plantation Golf Course, restaurang, tiki bar och båtuthyrning. Små husdjur ok med husdjursavgift. 12 sovplatser! Ta med dina båtar eller hyr dem bredvid. Båtrampen ligger några minuter bort. Se manaterna komma ända upp till havsväggen. This was the perfect house for our group! We came to go scalloping, and we trailered a 28 foot boat. The location is perfect and the house is very large, clean, comfortably decorated and FULLY stocked. We would gladly book again, any time of the year.

Perfect Location.

Great house in the perfect location. We had 11 people in the house and there is plenty of room to have your own space. Well equipped with everything you need. The ice machine is a life saver. The only bad news is the house is already booked for the dates we wanted next year

Perfect winter getaway!

Great house four our group of 9 and a couple of pups! Close to everything in town, easy paddle to all of the springs, well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, manatees in the back yard, etc. Had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing! Easy access. Superb location! We swam right off the dock in the canal. Morning & evening manatee sightings from the screened in back patio. Garage was a bonus. Cycling distance to so much! And delivery services were quick!

Loved being so close to all the action on the canal. House was spacious and nice—we loved the huge ice maker and being able to dock the boat right out back. Plenty of parking!

The best property we ever stayed at

Property manager, Dani, did a great job. We could find everything we needed during our stay. Location is superb, we were kayaking almost every day. Property was super clean when we arrived. Really enjoyed it!

Spacious and well equipped home

Great spot to stay and dock boat. Easy access to waterways for a great day of fishing or scalloping. Everything is here for a wonderful stay. Hosts are warm, responsive and thought of everything to ensure home is perfectly equipped. A great choice for our long weekend with friends.

Family Manatee Vaca

There were 6 of us that made it out of 11. We could have easily and comfortably slept all 11. The convenience to get on the water daily was superb! We saw 5 manatees playing in the canal for over an hour, and we were even visited by 3 bald eagles at one time! Game room was an added bonus for the teens. We had a great time sitting on the screened porch watching the rain. Super spacious and 3 bathrooms made for great privacy for all. Loved this home!!

Rent this house every time you visit Crystal River!!!

The house was great with plenty of room for our family and a couple of extended family. Very close to town and all the amenities! The property manager was super helpful and always just a text away! We really had a great relaxing time with no worries at all! Thank y’all!

Great relaxing week

The property was exactly as listed. Clean and stocked well. We enjoyed dinner on the covered patio watching the manatee swim by. We brought our boat and loved the relaxing rides around the area. We will be back!!

Down Time Needed

The house was simply amazing. There was enough room for everyone and then some if needed. We loved the 2 master suites with the on suites. The location was perfect. Perfect Crystal River Canal Hideaway

This pet friendly cozy home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the ping pong table and access by water to nearby restaurants. We’ll appointed home with new appliances and a huge ice maker. Perfect for us- we’ll be back soon!

Great family vacation

Our family, and it’s a large one with lots of bonus siblings, does a yearly trip. Everyone said hands down this was the best house! With the boat docks right out back, the Plantation around the corner and Winn Dixie up the street it was amazing! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips! The few times I had to reach out Dani was amazing and super helpful! All in all a wonderful family vacation!
