Spring break

We had a wonderful time the beds were comfy washer and dryer was a god sent had all the amenities we needed. The stairs were really steep going to upstairs. And it would have been really nice to have a bbq grill.

Rockaway Beach Cottage

The property was nice, clean and gave us plenty of space. It’s located in a good area as well, however, There are a couple things to consider that should be fixed for safety: The shower curtain rod isn’t secured properly and fell a few times while we showered. The exterior back door does not close all the way, luckily the backyard is fenced and there’s another door that locks inside the mud room that leads to the house. There’s a loose cap on the stairs that should be fixed as the stairs are really steep and it makes it very dangerous going up and down. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Good location

The house was comfortable and in a good location. It was a bit noisy as it is right in the 101. Access to most of the sleeping areas were through a ladder/ staircase that was steep and deep. Families with small children or individuals with mobility, injury or age might find accessing the loft area difficult to impossible. One bathroom was also a challenge. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and well stocked.

Noisy

Cute cottage but VERY noisy because right on Hwy 101. Attic stairs are super steep, more like a ladder. Would not recommend for small kiddos as only bathroom is downstairs. Also the house smelled like dog urine.
