Beautiful Garden & Partial Ocean View, a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo at the Top Rated, 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on the beautiful island of Kauai.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Located on the 2nd floor this custom decorated Tommy Bahama Style 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers a Garden and Peek ocean view with easy access to the elevator between E and D buildings. The 2 acre Fantasy Pool and white sandy beach are steps away with quiet privacy when returning to the condo.

This Beautiful Condo features high quality elegant decor.

This unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a fully equipped kitchen, a king bed with full linens and full toweling. Comfortably sleeps 2 guests and with an Queen size air mattress sleeps 4 total.

Return from exploring the wonders of Kauai to the ultimate comfort of your Living Room with Entertainment Center including a large Flat screen TV; the Master Bedroom includes a King-size Bed with plush pillows and Luxury Linens and flat screen TV.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. With a queen air mattress, this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Two large flat wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.

Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable). Cancellations that occur within less than (sixty) 60** days of the check-in date for a non-holiday reservation will not receive a refund. Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of rent or taxes or cleaning pertaining to this agreement. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance fee shall be returned to Tenant. **90 (ninety) days for all major / national holiday reservations / stays over 14 days and 120 (0ne hundred twenty) days for stays over a month. Trip Insurance is offered for all reservations.

Perfect for families! The location was very central to everything. The pool is huge and there’s a family hot tub that kids can go in. Towels available daily. The room had beach chairs and a cooler to use which was nice. There is a Safeway right across the street which was super convenient.

Beautiful condo

Lovely condo with peek view of ocean. Fantastic amenities (pool, fitness room) and close walk to beach, Safeway and Starbucks across the street. The only negative was rather loud AC in bedroom and only noticeable at night. Still highly recommend a stay here.

This was our second time at Waipouil Beach Resort we love the resort

The property is well maintained and the pool is beautiful. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise on the beach. Only negative is the homeless people spending the night on the beach and one entered the pool area to shower, security needs to be more aware for the safety of the guest.

Great spot

This was just what my wife, son and I needed for our stay on Kauai. The location is ideal for being able to explore all areas of the island and there are plenty of great food trucks and coffee shops nearby. The beach chairs and cooler came in really handy every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, good location

We chose this place for the pools, proximity to the beach, access to washer/dryer and kitchen. It was a little tight with 4 of us. There is a small balcony that looks out at the parking lot and over to the ocean. We mostly chose this for the nice pools but found that the resort was very strict about toys—no floats, no toys, not even a small ball to throw around. This was a little disappointing for my kids. We did really enjoy renting bikes and going along the beachside bike trail.

Beautiful property!

Loved the condo, had everything we needed and more. The amenities provided were excellent. Like the little touches of laper cups in the bathroom and such. The only advice i would give is clearer check in/check out instructions. I know i was emailed the door code and such but it was hard to dig through the email to find the exact unit number we were staying in and instructions as to where the unit is in the complex would have been nice. I asked the front desk ultimately where the unit was and it wasnt a huge deal but it would have been nice to just get a message/email with quick notes/instructions. Also AC in the room was finicky the compressor often times would not be running so it was just blowing hot air.

Great for small families!

My daughter spent every day at the pool.. we were able to make meals at the condo which probably save us a lot of $$. Across the street is a Safeway and also Foodland. We didn’t mind the “view” so much because our kids went to bed early and woke up early, it was super quiet at night and very restful during the day (had an infant who had to take multiple naps). Besides, it gets dark quickly so I don’t feel like we missed anything! Some things I wish I knew about- they don’t refresh toilet paper so if you’re there for a few weeks like us, you gotta buy some at Safeway. And there are no condiments except for salt/pepper so you have to buy your own oil, ketchup, sugar.. just little things we take for granted. Not a big deal, but just for awareness. They have plenty of pots and pans and a rice cooker! All in all, a great time at this awesome location. Thank you! We’ll be back!

We keep coming!

This was our third time staying at this property. We’ll keep coming back. You can’t find another resort like this on the island for kids. We plan on making many more memories here.

Great place to stay for the family. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach! Nice and clean but could have used a little more toilet paper and coffee. 5/5 rating

Great First Time Stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We were able to walk to the grocery store and cook our meals every day, the pool and Oasis Restaurant on site are beautiful, and the resort is centrally located to everything we wanted to see on the island.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is better than pictured. It was very roomy for our party of 3. The bed was comfortable and my 17 year old son said the sleeper sofa was comfy as well. Kitchen had all we needed. Most importantly, the resort property is AMAZING! Loved the pool, ocean side dining, and beach access. There's only a peak-a-boo view of the ocean from the lanai, but the real views are only steps away outside. Kauai Calls made everything super easy and were just a message or phone call away with answers to any questions. Highly recommend and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Awesome!

Located in a wonderful location on the island! Close to shopping, Starbucks, and a Safeway. Condo was close to a pool entrance. Condo had everything you could need (blender, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, hair dryer). Very clean! I would come back and stay here again!

A great spot

Our family loved the place and the resort, it was clean and replies were always prompt when we had questions. The kids couldn't get enough of the waterslides and it was great to have a full kitchen and laundry.
