This cozy home features charming rounded windows, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole home including the living room, kitchen, and dining area are comfortably furnished and decorated. The master bedroom features ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The whole house was decorated to take your mind to a tranquil and relaxing place while vacationing to the Caldwell/Nampa/Boise area! If you are looking for a calming place to stay you have found it here!

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Great Rental

Thank you to the Brown family for opening their home to us. We have family nearby in Caldwell, and love to be able to be comfortable and near them when we visit. Being able to park my car in the garage was greatly appreciated.
