Property

Del Mar was EXTREMELY responsive to the issues in this home. The Air Conditioning system did not work, upon inspection it was discovered the filters had not been changed in years and caused the issues of the A/C not working property. Finally on the last day Del Mar kindly brought over window units and installed in the windows. The Grill did not work properly, we had planned a family get together night 1 and unfortunately we had to use a tiny portable grill from a family member when the main grill did not work. Again, Del Mar was quick to respond to all calls and inquiries.
