Nice location

Everything went well, except bed was very uncomfortable in the masters bedroom. It could it could have been a little cleaner. Great location extremely nice neighborhood. It could use some updates on property other than that I enjoyed it and thought it has a ton of potential.

Small & Cozy, yet filled with fun.

My boyfriend and I had a blast. The game room in the garage was perfect for me & him because we both love video games. The house itself was small and cozy, we cuddled on the couch and felt an “at home” vibe. We both had a great time and look forward to booking this house in the future.

Decent place to stay

I liked the location and the living room was much more comfortable than most other places I've stayed. I would have liked a few more amenities in the kitchen. Not a napkin or paper towel available. No spices. No wine glasses. On the whole, fewer amenities than I am used to having. It was OK.

Great location

House is in a great location. It's in a good neighborhood, very close to the Henry Ford Museum and 15-20 min to downtown. The house wasn't bad but wasn't very clean and strange that the place is basically empty. There isn't even one piece of decoration or nicknack just nothing. Also no light in toilet in the basement so unusable. House has good potential though.

Great location

So the house was in a great location. The house is clean. It was nice however, the bathrooms need to be redone. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the handles came off when turning on the water for the tub. There also wasn’t enough towels for everyone as there was only two bath towels. If you say the house can sleep four then you should have at least four bath towels. Overall, the place was nice.

Worst Stay Ever - Just Filthy

Pros: This property was located in a very safe neighborhood. Cons: Upon check in we had trouble figuring out how to unlock the digitally secure door. No instructions was given.This house was NASTY. The located in the living area was dirty and has probably never been shampooed. The bottom of the furniture looks as though dogs have been chewing on wood. There was broken wooden pieces missing off the furniture. The dining area is mix matched furniture. Again, the cloth chairs look dirty and like they've never been cleaned. The kitchen was dirty as well. Trash and bugs on top of the refrigerator. The stove was so nasty that we had to ask the host to please have someone come out and clean it. The person that came was rude and nasty as though she was passed she was called out to do this service. The blinds are either broken or dirty. Never dusted nor cleaned. The light socket in the upstairs bathroom has exposed wiring. The comforter and pillows on the bed in the Master bedroom was dirty. It gets worse. The banister the stairs was shaky and didn't feel reliable. If you are renting your property for others at least CLEAN IT and offer clean amenities. Please do not waste your money booking this property.

Lack of supplies but nice neighborhood

Negatives: The listing says gas grill, but the propane was empty. There were two half used rolls of toilet paper, for four of us staying 5 days. No paper towels, no kitchen mixing spoons, no dishwasher soap even though we were to run it at the end of our stay. Limited bath towels, washrags, dishrags and dishtowels. One of the "clean" comforters had a sticker on it which led me to believe it had not been washed. Two of the chairs outside had large rips on the seat. The hot water tank is small, a short 10 minute shower and you are out of hot water. The upstairs sink is slow to drain. Positives: Very nice neighborhood, quiet and safe. Plenty of silverware, cups and plates. The kids loved the games in the garage. Overall it was a nice stay. Just need more attention to the small details.
