Along with the exceptional, convenient location, you’ll love our space. With construction just completed, you’ll be pleased with the modern furnishings, the luxurious, open design, and the quality of both craftsmanship and appointments. Enter through the front door or from the spacious 2-car garage. Upon entry you’ll have the option of ascending the stairs to the upper level bedrooms, or step further into the open-designed main living space featuring a modern kitchen and spacious and bright living room.

Entertain while you prepare a masterful culinary creation on the quality, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You’ll enjoy the ambience of this modern space with excellent natural lighting provided by the oversized windows. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace and relax in the comfortable, modern seating. There’s a walkout here too, allowing easy access to the outdoor living and green space just behind the home.

The (2) bedrooms upstairs offer flexible, private and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom offers queen comfort and private, luxurious master bath featuring dual sinks, granite counters and an exceptional shower with custom travertine tile. The full laundry is located upstairs too for convenience. Also upstairs is a private, functional and comfortable office space — work efficiently from home, work remotely, or just slip in here to read a book.

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Colorado Springs is known for its larger homes, quiet neighborhoods and private lifestyles. Less urban than other areas of Colorado Springs, the sense of "escape" here is palpable. This area is also the home to a vibrant work environment — some of the city’s most notable and respected employers call this area home, and many more are in the process of building modern facilities and offices here. The views of the mountains tend to be unobstructed. Access to outdoor recreation is superb, yet the modern conveniences abound too. Shopping and quality restaurants are close. Gyms, grocery stores, outlets, food and drink are all within an approximate 5 minute drive. The area is also defined, somewhat, by its proximity to the Air Force Academy. Guests will frequently notice light training planes flying overhead—the nation's next Airmen learning their craft.

Some of the most well-known area attractions are all within an approximate 20 minute drive—Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown, the COS Airport—all are easily accessible via main roadways and Interstate 25. With suburban appeal and easy access to everything that makes Colorado Springs great, this might be your perfect vacation rental or mid-term rental locale.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Overall Ok. The following items need to be addressed: Garage door opener missing, instructions for using front door lock are inaccurate, many kitchen utensiles, dishes and oven dirty, not appealing to cook with, broken plant stand, broken living room chair(dangerous), no cleaning supplies, no kitchen garbage bags. Neighborhood was quiet and seened safe
