Välkommen till Las Palmas! 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet som rymmer 8 personer ligger i ett eftersökt kompakt med låg densitet. Vacker våningsplan på hörnet med direkt utsikt över lagunen från din balkong och en indirekt strandutsikt från främre däck. Vi är på lagunen mot lugn sida av lägenheten så att du inte hör stranden trafik hela dagen. Ett av det enda komplexet med låg densitet är i det område där du har egen balkong! Anläggningen har 2 pooler, ett grillområde och 2 utrymmen med täckt parkering med tvättmöjligheter på plats.

Enheten har renoverats med allt för att göra din semester komplett, 3 platt-TV: er, 3 DVD-spelare, kabel / internet och ett fullt utrustat kök.

Lugnt läge tvärs över gatan från stranden med allmänna åtkomstpunkter .25 miles gångavstånd från lägenheten, bara 1 mil från hangouten och bredvid en närbutik. Bra läge nära affärer och restauranger.

Family reunion

We enjoyed staying here. we were close to the beach and had access to a pool on site. the place on the inside was very cozy with a patio to sit outside at night to enjoy the weather. We did have one problem and heard from the owner right away. Problem was fixed. There were plenty of games to play in case of rainy weather but our skies stayed clear until the day we left. Beds were comfortable. Place was close to family reunion and nice places to eat to enjoy other types of food. When we return in 2 years I hope to get this place again.

Wonderful Place

Excellent location and very close main beach. Place is fully equipped. Lots of great restaurants in the area. You must visit Flora/Bama the bar and restaurants are great. You will need to drive there about 25 mins away.

The condo was great. There were quite a few board games. Perfect for the rainy weather we had for a day and a half. Slept 5 comfortably. Location was wonderful. I would stay again!

Perfect place

My friends and I rented this VRBO for our 4 day stay in Gulf Shores. It was the perfect walking distance to everything we needed. The host was responsive and gave great instructions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for our first beach vacation

The owners were great with communication, the location was less than a .25 mile walk to 6th street beach, and walking distance to great food. Check in and check out were super easy and the property was perfect for our family. Board games, a binder with great recommendations. Just a wonderful overall experience!

This was our first time to stay in a Condo. Hands down loved it and can't wait to go back. It was clean and was enough room for our family. Communication with the owner is easy and she responded back fast!!! There are 2 laundry rooms on the property. There is one on the level as the condo which is nice and you dont have to walk up down stares. Wished there had been an elevator but other then that its EVERYTHING you could want and need.

The view was good. You do have to pay for parking which is seemingly unnecessary. NO ELEVATOR to 2nd floor. Felt like climbing a ladder. Very steep steps. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, hair in the floor. There was a smell of an aged building. Didn’t smell fresh. Owners were responsive, area was good, overall it served its purpose.

The stairs were hard to use. The handrails stopped and started in different areas making it hard to walk up the stairs.

Cute n Quaint

It was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen has what you need. It’s a slightly older unit but that didn’t stop us. The beds were very comfortable. .Kids loved the bunk beds . I walked one morning to get a muffin n coffee at Pier 33. Cute little bakery upstairs. We walked to the beach. Easy walk. They have chairs n toys but didn’t use them this go round. Great places to eat around within short driving distance. Great communication with the host . It was the absolute perfect getaway for New Years! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you

Ok but not great

AC did not work could not get the place below 78 degrees. Everything else I can live with. They only give u 1 trash bag and 1 of most things. They had plenty of family games which me kids liked. The carbon dioxide detector was beeping due to the battery low.

Love the view

We spent a great 4 days at this condo and will book again. Everything was great except for 2 minor things. Most rentals I can remember staying at in Gulf Shores have an 11am check out. This condo has a 10am check out. What made this a bigger deal for us was that the cleaning lady showed up at 9:30 and started stacking cleaning supplies outside our door while I was trying to get out which made us feel rushed. THEN while that was going on 2 guys came through the condo spraying for bugs which did not help anything. They did not ask they just came in like we were not even there. It all made for a pretty stressful checkout. Next time I will ask for a later checkout so we can be out before all the people start showing up. The other thing was the condo is on the 3rd floor so there are 2 levels of stairs. We left most of our beach stuff in the truck because of this. If you have issues with stairs I would def look elsewhere. We loved sitting on the back balcony in the morning and the walk to the beach is really easy and quick. Condo was very clean and the bunk beds in the guest room are a nice addition for the kids.

We are a family of 4 who like to travel on a budget. The condo we purchased is perfect for us since it's quiet, has a great view, and is right across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
