It was named for Gordon House, situated near the intersection of Little Bourke and Spring streets. Gordon House was built as a guest-house in 1883 by politician and theatrical entrepreneur George Coppin.

Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus a starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days, please bring your additional requirements.
