Beach House 15 located within the gates of the South Seas Island Resort. Our four bedroom/three bathroom home features over 2000 sq ft of living space, perfect for up to 10 guests. The spacious living room has comfortable seating including a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and leads directly out to the screened lanai perfect for a morning cup of coffee while watching the gentle waves break against the sand. While Captiva Island has several wonderful restaurants, the home has a full kitchen and dining area to prepare meals for your family and friends during the week. In terms of bedding, the home has a spacious primary bedroom suite with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a bit smaller and has a full over twin bunk bed with a full bathroom in between. Our association features two heated pools, tennis court and bbq grills. The home has high speed wireless internet and smart TV's. While our home is not affiliated with the South Seas Resort and resort amenities are not included, you will still have access to everything outside of the resort and never have to pay a daily resort fee.
