Vackert inredda stranden stuga med panoramautsikt över havet från vardagsrummet och wrap-around däck. Du kommer omedelbart koppla av när du hör vågorna kraschar på stranden medan du smuttar på en kall drink på däck eller medan somna efter en härlig dag på stranden.

Beläget på en liten, tyst gata, du är steg från stranden med en badvakt stå inom synhåll under dagen, och tusentals blinkande stjärnor på natten. Du kommer att älska lugn och långsamma strand levande, samtidigt som bara några minuter från restauranger, butiker, mataffärer, golfbanor, parker stat, bryggor fiske och andra lokala attraktioner.

Huset har nyligen renoverats, inklusive en helt ny mästare bad. Inredningen är perfekt för en tillflyktsort vid kusten. Det är den perfekta storleken för en familj komma undan. Var och en har sitt eget sovrum där de kan koppla av, medan vardagsrummet, kök och matsal är öppen planlösning för att njuta av tiden tillsammans.

Vi kan inte vänta med att komma tillbaka till stranden huset och vackra Outer Banks! Vi är ganska säker på att du kommer att känna på samma sätt !!

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Booked this last minute for a much needed little break, and we could not have been happier. The booking process was very simple. The email Leslie sent with neighborhood and restaurant info was great. Check in process went smooth. The house was so spacious and comfortable...wish I had that mattress at home. The nautical decor was so nice. Less than a minute walk to the beach access at the end of the block. Adorable welcome treat. Love! Love! Love!

We were absolutely in love with the house and its location. The description listed is spot on. We will definitely look into getting this house again if we can pull the family together for another trip to NC. Sitting on the deck at night, listening to the waves was one of my favorite things. It was all around a great experience.

ONE LEVEL BEACH COTTAGE

Very convenient access to beach, life guards on this section, kitchen well stocked, lot's of games for kids & family. Furniture in living area comfortable. King bed very comfortable, bunk beds are for children (I am 5'8" & could not sleep in them) and the bunk beds are in a separate part of the house next to the kitchen. Child would wake up if we needed something in the kitchen. Hose & shower outside were big helps controlling the amount of sand in the house. Huge washer & dryer, several beach chairs & boogie boards all under the house. If you need groceries plan on a good 20-30 minute ride due to traffic/flood area. Be sure to get reservations for dinner, if restaurant accepts them. Most do not and many do not have online ordering. We loved the area & the house. It was very comfortable for 4 adults & 1 child.

We felt right at home

I would highly recommend this cozy home. Located on a quiet street, yet close to restaurants, grocery store and plenty of shopping. Living space is all on one level that is very clean with comfortable beds. Leslie was quick to respond when we contacted her while there. A perfect choice for your vacation home. We already booked for next year !! ❤️

Nicely Located House Near The Ocean

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. We had a little extra of everything which was much appreciated.I would recommend staying here. It was also close to Manteo and and some other nice locations with good food and coffee options.

Family friendly

Great location with just a couple houses to the beach. Lifeguard was on duty from10 to 5. Semi-private beach with just a few other families there. 😃 The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The living room was stocked with books, DVDs, and children’s games. They also had everything you need for a fun day at the beach- Chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. I appreciated having sheets provided, that was one less thing to worry about! The bike path is just a few feet from the front door. We brought our bikes but found it was way too humid, even in the morning to use them. (Living in the northeast we are not used to that kind of humidity.) Overall a perfect vacation for our family. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stayed for our annual golf and Fishing trip which we have been doing for over 20 years. Finally found the perfect place to house 6 and only 5 minutes to OI fishing center. Very clean neat and love the deck.

Amazing!

This is our second time renting this house. Leslie and Greg do an amazing job ensuring the house is well kept and clean! The house everything needed for a relaxing beachside vacation, from having board games and books for rainy day activities to sand toys and beach chairs to take along to the beach that is less than a minute walk! Leslie made us feel very welcomed in their home as she was very responsive. Thank you Leslie and Greg!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I booked five nights at this beautiful oceanside cottage, and we were absolutely delighted with our accommodations. The cottage was lovely, well equipped, and in a very desirable location. We had great communications with our hosts who made us feel right at home with the cottage amenities and the detailed information given about the Outer Banks area. We truly enjoyed our stay in Nags Head! This was our first time at this beach area. Having the home so close to the beach with a life guard was fantastic, since we had 3 littlle ones with us(ages 2, 4, 5). We will be back!

Perfect Vacation

Wonderful Beach House!

Our group of friends have been enjoying a girls’ getaway at the beach for 29 years and this home is by far our favorite. The house was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Leslie was a delight to work with and was very quick to respond to any of our questions. I’d highly recommend this home for your next Nags Head vacation!!!

Immaculate cottage by the sea

Greg and Leslie's beach side cottage is located 100 feet or so from a pristine beach in South Nag's Head NC. It was easy to find, exceptionally clean, stocked with all we needed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, just far enough away from the OBX hustle, but near enough so that most of what we were interested in was a 10 to 20 minute car ride away. Greg and Leslie were very responsive, and easy to communicate with. My two teens and I would live here if we could but we'll be satisfied to return every now and then knowing that we will be coming back to a beautiful setting and fantastic house! Thank you, Leslie and Greg!

Lovely Stay in Nags Head

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 other family members. The house is so close to the beach and located in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated the extra amenities such as kitchen towels, well stocked kitchen and appliances, and beach equipment. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Also, my children loved all of the board games in the house.

We are a family of 6 from the Midwest. Our kids have grown up spending hours on the beach, building sand castles, playing in the waves, burying each other in the sand, and finding treasures that the tide brings in. They now range in age from 13-30 so their beach fun has changed to sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, and visiting their favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. One of our absolute favorite things is taking a day trip to Corolla to see the iconic Outer Banks wild horses. The tours are loads of fun and we see something new every time. There is definitely something to do for all ages! Greg takes advantage of the amazing photo opportunities, whether it's pictures of the majestic water birds, catching the last rays of the day illuminating the Bodie Island lighthouse, the sea turtles nesting, or just family fun on the beach. Leslie loves to walk up and down the beach, picking up shells that the tide brings in and popping into some of her favorite local shops, especially in the quaint little town of Manteo. We also love the fresh seafood at the local restaurants, and highly recommend O'Neals Sea Harvest in Wanchese if you want to prepare your own! And we have to mention how amazing our North Carolina Aquarium is, and it isn't far from our place. Check out the sea turtle rescue wing!

We rented this house for our family vacation years ago and fell in love with it. It just felt like home. When we called to book the same week for the next summer, the owners told us that they were selling. We decided that we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Owning this beach house has been a dream come true. We know that you will treasure the warm memories that your family makes here, just like we do!

This house is in a PERFECT location. It is on a quiet street in South Nags Head, just steps from the beach. There is a lifeguard tower on the beach at the end of our street from Memorial Day through Labor Day, which is a rare amenity. There are plenty of restaurants, golf courses, shops, grocery stores, banks, parks, piers, and other attractions in Nags Head. Our home is located just past all of those things, so you only have to drive a few minutes to anything you want to go to. You could also ride your bike along the bike path to get to many of those attractions. At night you can see millions of stars in the sky!
