Enjoy all the charm of this home which is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Historic Downtown attractions, shops and numerous eateries and coffee shops with local flair. Magnolia Bungalow is just off picturesque Magnolia Ave. and a block to the Fountain of Youth archeological park where you can explore the original location of the oldest settlement in the US.

Newly and thoughtfully furnished for the comforts of guests, the home is light and bright, and features a large second floor front screened porch, the perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the Old City. Magnolia Bungalw has a fabulous layout with an oversized king master suite upstairs off the main living space, and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and den on the first floor. There is also a twin daybed in the master allowing for extra sleeping space. Every detail has been thought of! Cook "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen, and rest well with crisp white linens and soft bath towels which are provided for you.

For safety and security purposes this property is equipped with a doorbell camera and a camera on the back corner of the house that covers the yard.

Safe, quiet neighborhood near everything

Great house in great condition. It’s in a central location for visiting regional attractions and walkable to the historic downtown and fun neighborhood spots. We loved drinking coffee on the screened in porch, having a parking spot, and the free and discounted activity tickets (definitely do the eco boat tour)! Other reviewers mentioned the noisy neighborhood peacocks…I couldn’t hear them over my white noise app at night and honestly found them hilarious. We did get nervous when flash flooding turned the street into a river but the water receded in an hour and we could get out for our dinner reservations (do not miss Llama - best meal I’ve had in years)! Park near the corner if flooding is predicted since water didn’t pool there. I’d stay here again for sure!

Peacefulness

The management company was very prompt on any issues we had. The house was in the downtown area which put us close to many attractions. The house was clean and very accommodating.

Love our rental!

We are enjoying our stay at Magnolia Bungalow in historic St. Augustine. The rental is really cute and homey. We have all the essentials necessary. It is very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to historic downtown St. Augustine. Beds are really comfortable, also!

Relaxing getaway

We were greeted by pleasant background music and festive holiday decorations. The property has two levels but we stayed primarily on the upper level. We were one couple but it would accommodate 2 couples comfortably. Very clean and the host was great at reaching out periodically to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

St Augustine holiday

Location was fantastic. It was close to fountain of youth but not in all the craziness of city center. The house was immaculate with lots of amenities and the manager was super nice and responsive. Overall great stay.

Great Location, wonderful stay

This house has everything you would need for a family or two couples! Great floor plan with spacious master bedroom and bathroom on living floor and then lower level has another bedroom with a sitting room and TV. Grateful for two couples or a family. Game room was super fun. Ping-pong and dart board loots of fun. Host also left a bottle of wine, pavkage of coffee & discount coupons!

Stress free

Came to St. Augustine for the Baby Steps Camino pilgrimage (a 30 mile walk from Jacksonville to the Shrine of Our Lady). Very nice home on a quiet street. Nice kitchen set up which was appreciated since we cooked all our meals during our stay. Staff very responsive to our needs. Would definitely come back again!

Thanksgiving trip

The host has been wonderful checking on us everyday for anything we need. Check in was so easy and the house has everything you need. We had 3 adults but could easily had 4-5 adults. Very clean with a lot of extras such as shampoo, soap, lotion, ect. Good location. You can walk to downtown in 20 mins and several coffee shops and stores around within a 5 min walk

Clean home in a great location

This is a great place to stay while exploring St Augustine. The location is perfect for staying out of the bustle of downtown, but still within a very walkable range. We enjoyed the lighting and holiday decoration throughout the property, it added that extra special touch.

So lovely!!

This location was so very nice! A lovely, quiet block, a spacious home with all the amenities and walking distance to many attractions and sites. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when in the area again.

The property was beautiful. The only down side was only leaving 2 pods of dishwasher soap and 2 pods of laundry soap. There were only 3 towels in the down stairs bathroom. That doesn’t last long for 2 people showering every day.

Family Get Together

The property was perfect for our family get together in St. Augustine. The check in process was simple and the property owner was available for any questions. The location could not have been any better. Close to everything fun! Property owner has a a great journal to follow and help with things to do! Highly recommend and I will use this property again!

Favorite place to stay

We fell in love with this bungalow from the moment we drove up. The communication was excellent, it was incredibly clean, everything was perfect. The location is about a 15 min walk to historic shops and about a 5 min walk to Oldest Jail. St. Augustine is one of our favorite cities to relax in. We will definitely be back and hope this beautiful bungalow in available when we do. We would give 11 stars, if possible. 🌟

Perfect spot!

This home was perfect for our family and in a great location! It was close to downtown (right by the famed Magnolia Ave and Fountain of youth park), walkable, short drive to the beach, and good proximity to grocery/stores. Also central to my MIL who we came to visit. My daughter and niece are both 16 years old and REALLY loved having their own space downstairs with the bedroom/bathroom, living room, and game room! There is a giant closet in the primary bedroom upstairs with a window and an outlet. It's big enough to be a room! It was perfect to set up our toddler's playpen and plug in his sound machine. It made it very easy to get to him in the middle of the night if he woke up, too. My husband still had to work during the week of our stay and LOVED the separate office space. This home's layout works so well for families, couples, or 2 small families to share. I was also left a bottle of wine by the owner's, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. I received some vouchers too, which saved me $20 on the Alligator Zoo tickets. The owner's checked in often and were very responsive. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and home was very clean. I definitely recommend and we plan staying there again in the future.

Perfect Getaway in St. Augustine

Our recent stay at this vacation rental in St. Augustine was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the property. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made the check-in process seamless and were readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. No complaints

Actually, I didn't stay. My vacation got canceled but I booked the place and the other half of the party reimbursed me and went ahead and stayed. They said it was a great stay and I'm sure it was. We've booked condos in Florida for the last 3 years vacations and will continue to do so.
