CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Keys need to be collected from our office in Broadbeach QLD 4218, during check-in time. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For guests departing via public transportation, you may simply return the keys to the designated spot in our apartment before you leave. Please note that if you have parked your car in the on-site carpark, you will require the fob to access and exit. Remember that you will move your car to the street parking area and return the key to our designated spot as the final step.
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in a charge of AUD300. Please ensure that you carry the keys with you when you leave the apartment. If you lock yourself out and seek assistance from us, we will charge AUD80 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. For any assistance required beyond those hours, an additional charge of AUD120 will apply, making the total charge AUD200. However, if we are unavailable to assist, you will need to engage a locksmith at your expense.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE is available before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NOISE - please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 pm to preserve a relaxing environment for other guests and residents.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD150. Additionally, any charges from the QLD Fire & Rescue Authority for unnecessary smoke alarms will also be passed on to the guest's responsibility.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD150.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a fine of AUD500.

DEPARTURE CLEAN ONLY - no daily housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place in its original state (If additional cleaning is necessary, a charge of up to AUD100 will apply).
