Sitting on the 7th floor of North Shores Villas, is where you’ll find this beautiful four-bedroom, Direct Oceanfront Condo with three full bathrooms. The first thing you see when you walk into this beautiful unit is the Great Atlantic Ocean, making it a perfect vacation getaway. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other 3 bedrooms all have queen-size beds, which will allow for up to 8 guests to comfortably visit. The master is ocean front and all bedrooms have TVS in them. For your convenience, there is also a full-sized washer and drier. The living area has plenty of seating for everyone, paired with a flat screen tv for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen comes with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and all the cookware/dishware you will require during your stay. There`s also an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Seating up to 8 guests in the dining area you can enjoy a table seated meal with front row seats of the Atlantic and its coastline. North Shore Villas amenities includes a swimming pool, kiddie pool, oceanfront outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. So, come enjoy your stay at the North Shores Villas!

⭐**CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS**⭐
You must come to our office first before heading over to the property. This is where you will receive your access information before going to the property. Once you receive check-in instructions you may continue to the property. If you do not receive check-n instructions, please be sure to let us know as you will not be able access the property without them. Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions!

🧻What we supply you with:
⭐During your stay we supply linens and towels (no beach towels) as well as the initial setup of toiletries but ask that you purchase your own for the remainder of your stay.

⭐We do not provide a daily housekeeping service so we will not be replacing towels or sheets during your stay.

We start you with:

• One roll of paper towels
• One trail size dish soap (for kitchen use) as well as one kitchen towel.
• One dishwashing detergent if applicable.
• One roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• One trail size of shampoo
• One trail size conditioner
• One trail size of body wash and boy lotion
• One trail size of laundry detergent (if applicable)
• As well as one trash bag for the kitchen.


❄️ Monthly Rentals – We do not offer all year long monthly rentals. We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through March of the following year.

🌊Please note that outdoor pools are seasonal. You can message us to find out opening and closing dates. Please advise.
