Excellent location! Super close to the beach and local restaurants/bars. This condo faces southeast and you can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Photo is of the public access boardwalk to the beach that is only about a 3 minute walk from the condo.

Larry was a very responsive host answering promptly with any questions. I loved that it was dog friendly and so close to the shops and restaurants. It’s really a great spot. We will be back.

Great, quiet location, with an easy walk to the beach. Host was very responsive when contacted. Had an issue with the door lock, and he was there within 15 minutes to replace it. While there is a laundry facility on the premises, we were not aware beforehand that the washer and dryer were coin-operated only. Overall, a very good option for a couple or single person looking for a reasonable accommodation at IOP.

The location is great - 3 minute walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Condo is as equipped with everything you need! Communication was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and owner responded quickly to any questions. Closer to beach than I expected! Also perfect location to sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks on Fourth of July. Loved the island!! We plan on returning and I highly recommend this condo.

The place was clean and very close to restaurants and the beach. We didn't need to use the laundry facility, but it was nice that it was on site if we did need it. Larry was very nice and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We used this VRBO for a few nights at the end of our trip, we have stayed in this complex before in a different unit.It is very close to the beach and convient to walk to view the sunrise or visit the beach. The unit was clean, host was accomodating, however, there were a couple things we thought could have made the visit better, one is within the host control, one is not.First, the unit is a little bit disconnected, for example, we did not care for the " trip step" on the stairs, it could be very dangerous. You can't see it in VRBO's photos.The kitchen is a little weird as well ( but then that is 3 things) Secondly, the unit needs pillow cases for all the pillows, including the extras for the sofa bed. That's really it.Our visit was good, unit for the most part is nice, location for the price is great.Thanks for the last minute stay.

This is our third stay with this host and it was excellent, as always. The location is just perfect with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The accommodations always make us feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend stay here.

We wanted to stay near the beach while we visited the Charleston area and this place was perfect. Quiet, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!
