Köket har rostfria vitvaror, en Keurig kaffebryggare och är fullt utrustad för att stanna i och laga en hemlagad måltid. Den första nivån innehåller kök, vardagsrum med uteplats, matplats och ett halvt bad. Sitta ute på uteplatsen och njut av utsikten över kvarteret sjö! På övervåningen hittar du sovrummet med en king size-säng och privat badrum och gäst sovrum med queen size-säng och privat badrum.

Great place, views, and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alaina helped us out when the house we originally rented did not have a usable pool because of renovations. This was one of our options. It should have been our first choice! Roomy and clean with a great water view. The golf cart made trips to the beach a fun excursion!

Great beach getaway

Relaxing, great location with fantastic views!

Our family vacation was great and this villa contributed the perfect setting. Great location to enjoy all your Sandestin Resort attractions. The pool is steps from your front door and the beach is a short golf cart ride away.

Great location.

Overall a great experience at this rental. Place was clean, and next to the pool was very convenient, golf cart was a plus. Very helpful in moving around the sandestin resort. I would definitely consider staying here once again in the near future.

Just what we needed

Our family had such a wonderful time staying at this villa. We loved being on the lake and not on the beach. It was quiet, not crowded, and the golf cart made getting to the beach and bayside so easy and fun! The property was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the space was perfect for our family of four. We hope to be back and are so grateful for the memories we made here this summer!

Reviewer Comments: I always travel with my husband and two children, we often use rental houses since it is more comfortable for us, I have been in wonderful houses but this is the first time that I do not get a single detail, you have everything you need without being crowded, everything was really clean (I did not have to reclean anything, I usually do), comfortable beds, sheets in good condition, none of the furniture was old or in bad condition ... perfect location just a couple of minutes driving the golf cart, the unit is almost next to the pool. I thank you my vacation was really perfect!

The place is beautiful

There is so much to do around there, we loved just relaxing at the near pool or fishing the lake. I wish there was just ceiling lights since it gets dark so early in the winter lamps don’t let enough light in the room. The place is great though and would definitely come back!

This was an amazing place... eveything was just like the pictures said on the Internet...

We are a family of 4 from Texas... We were down here for our Baesball World Series... This place was so spacious for us. I really enjoyed the views, and fishing from the back porch was amazing. The decor was so inviting, and warm. It was truly a place to stay on vacation. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We absolutely enjoyed every part of it.

We loved this condo!

We had a great time going to the pool which was super close to the condo. We had a fun time riding the golf cart to the beach, through the tunnel and to the shops. We had fun playing mini-golf too! It was fun getting ice cream. We enjoyed watching Disney plus and Netflix. The condo was clean, spacious and quiet. We loved this condo!

Everything was so nice and clean. We loved having the beach chairs available and the golf cart was so convenient. We never could get the Tv in the guest room and living room to work, but we really never needed them. Hopefully we will be back when the the weather is better.

Beach area overcrowded

We stay in Miramar Beach twice a year and usually switch up where we stay. The ‘resort’ idea appealed to us but after our experience we can definitely say we prefer old 98 . The resort beach area was overly crowded and all amenities are not included as alluded .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I loved this townhome. It was decorated very beautifully and it was very clean. The photos are spot on! The kitchen is very well stocked, great for cooking and serving meals. The pool was only a few steps away. Unfortunately it wasn’t heated as stated, so we couldn’t swim, the water was to cold. The beautiful beach was only a short golf cart drive away. We also loved taking the golf cart to the many amenities on the bay side too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family beach vacation!

The property was beautiful with great access to the beach. With kids, this is always a blessing. The home was very clean and the perfect size for my family of 5. We loved having a golf cart big enough for our family. The small things matter when it comes to vacations. We only had a couple of issues. I emailed a question to the property owner the day of check-in and didn't receive an email back for days. It wasn't an emergency but a quicker response would have been better. And the parking was rough for the first few days. There were times when there wasn't enough parking for the vehicles and golf carts. There was no where to park the golf cart except for on the grass or out in the road and both of those options are against resort rules. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this resort in mind for our future stays!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was like the pictures. Beds/pillows comfortable. Enough stocked for us for a week. The patio was a mess. Cobwebs and tree stuff everywhere so we had to clean that to sit out there. The front door gate is getting old and could use some adjusting. Unfortunately we found a huge cockroach behind the chair, thankfully it was dead but one tiny baby was found on the downstairs bathroom floor and then another one the next day on the wall in the master bath. I wrote in and they sent someone to spray but didn’t offer a discount or anything else. That was disappointing but I’m not one to get upset or beg. I’ll just remember that when booking our next vacation. I would recommend the area. It was fun having the golf cart and riding around for your morning coffee and going to the beach. Over all it was fun and a nice place. Bugs happen, in a rental. I would just have liked a monetary “I’m sorry” or a deal on next booking.

Bad Management

First off you have to download an app instead of just communicating on Vrbo, they do not respond to messages through the app so it is definitely not for 2 way communicating. However, the Manager did not respond to any form of communication. We checked in on Monday after traveling for 2 days already, by Tuesday we had 3 days of dirty laundry including beach wear and towels. I put my laundry in Tuesday morning and started the washer and it would not work, called maintenance and found out they already knew it was broken. They did not fix the washing machine while we were there or offer any solutions or compensation. The thing that angers me the most is that they did not even give me a heads up that the washer was broken. I would NEVER and I truly mean NEVER knowingly rent a vacation home without a washer and dryer, especially for a beach vacation. It's been 3 days and management has still not contacted me to apologize or offer a refund for false/broken amenities. I will never book here again. The fees are ridiculous and the communication and courtesy of management is non existent. The good qualities of the property to me do not out way the lack of respect.
