There is an abundance of space, with not only formal and informal living rooms, a study with additional seating, two dining rooms, one formal and another informal with combined seating for 12 guests, an adjoining kitchen and welcoming views of the rear yard, you're spoilt for choice.

Luxury appointments include split system air conditioning throughout, high ceilings, original architecture and peaceful seclusion that only comes from elevated peninsula living.

Located moments from Mount Eliza Village, public transport, illustrious schools and the sprawling coastline of the Mornington Peninsula

The spacious circular driveway easily accommodates up to four vehicles, allowing all guests to park securely at the property. After a dip in the solar heated pool, you may opt for some friendly games of ping pong Additionally, enjoy the BBQ and outdoor seating for a perfect evening under the stars.

Well behaved pet welcome with prior arrangement. (Noting the property is not fully fenced)

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
