Deerfield Beach Canal Front Home

Wonderful place as depicted in online photos etc. Pool was ultra clean as was the property, will be back again. We had our dog great place to walk, quiet neighborhood.

Great waterside home

Property is as expected per the listing. Lots of amenities, pool was great, pet friendly. Convenient location to Deerfield & Boca Raton. Our grandsons loved fishing from the dock.

Great Florida rental on canal, connected to inter-coastal

Great experience renting, family loved the property, kayaked on the canal out to inter-coastal and a small beach nearby, owner was very responsive when we realized propane out for BBQ, 5 min drive to Deerfield pier and beach, nice lanai along the pool and dog friendly to boot - we’ll be back!

Phenomenal

The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet with beautiful view and lovely atmosphere .The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There was plenty of room in the driveway right in front of the house for parking several cars. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Great house and location!

We loved our stay here. House was great. Pool was awesome with floats and toys available. We loved the view on the canal. There were some gorgeous sunrises we watched from right by the pool. The Patio grill and kitchen were great for cooking. . The location was excellent and not far from A1A. Neighbors were friendly, beds were great. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book this house again.

Fantastic property!

Property manager is incredible and extremely attentive. Home is immaculate and so clean. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Great for families, walking and bike riding. Everything is close. Fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. House is neat, well appointed with all the essentials, kitchen has everything, furniture is mostly new! Great property, will rent again.

Deerfield Beach

The home was immaculate and just as advertised. It would have been helpful if there was some information about the area. We needed to purchase a cutting board and a lighter for the grill.The grill was less than adequate we used it once and were disappointed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Deerfield beach area

Quiet get away

This home is nestled in a quiet little neighborhood. Anything you want to do is only a short Uber ride away. Although a bit dated, the home was very clean. The backyard was perfect for laying out at the pool while my boyfriend fished all day. He caught so much!! The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but we liked that. I really have no complaints. It’s exactly what the pictures/listing suggests.

From the time we reserved this home the communication with the owner was absolutely top notch! Fantastic communication ! The Home is located in a really nice and safe and oh my gosh quiet neighborhood that has a noise ordinance so you definitely will get a good nights rest I know we sure did we slept like babies! The house is so spacious and we spent a lot of time outside by the pool! Very comfortable lounging chairs! Very close to everything including the beach!! Publix is a short ride away! Serene Setting

We booked a 4-day stay at this property to have a place that was centrally located close to the beach. The rental was perfect - clean, quiet and well-supplied for our needs including a kitchen, a grill (which we used a few times to prepare meals), a pool and a dock where we sat with our morning coffee. The view and the home was very enjoyable for us after spending our days sight-seeing and visiting local spots (restaurants, the Deefield International Fishing Pier, Key West, Littke Havana, etc.). What a great vacation and getaway for the three of us. We will be back!
