Mycket önskvärt läge vid havet. Gungstol veranda. Huset är 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 bad. Inkluderar 2 queen size-sängar och 2 enkelsängar. Gratis wifi. Fastigheten som listas är den nedre våningen svit. Detta hus har en professionellt anlagd trädgård och parkering. Vi är kvarter från strandpromenaden som har många butiker och restauranger. Bara kvarter från huset ligger marinan med dagliga avgångar på fiskecharter, solnedgångskryssningar, middagskryssningar och båtuthyrning. Vi har ett sköljområde på bakdäck. På bakdäcket erbjuder vi också en grill. Alla sängar och möbler är helt nya. Vi tillhandahåller alla sängkläder. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla kastruller, kastruller, koppar och redskap som behövs. Den innehåller också en helt ny rostfri diskmaskin, spis och kylskåp. Alla sovrum har kabel med platt-TV-väggmonterad TV! Vi har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvättstugan. Detta hus hålls mycket rent och kan vara en perfekt semester.

Couldn't ask for MORE!

Spotless lovely beach house obviously well cared for in both design and cleanliness. The front yard and the access to the beach made our stay easy for this older grandma and her grandkids. Brian was so easy to communicate with and so friendly... well be back! Thanks.

Gorgeous Beach house

We had an incredible stay here. Walking distance to the board walk, but far enough away from the crowds. We had the beach to ourselves each day. Even on the weekends. Walking distance to restaurants as well. Make sure you bring beach towels, there are none included. We also just bought beach chairs at Publix, worked out great.

As advertised - right on the beach.

Everything was as advertised. Open access to the beach and a nice back yard area behind the property to relax. A lovely place. Remember that there are two levels. The floor between is not so soundproofed. You will hear the folks above.I cannot recommend the host - Brian. We arrived after 3pm, and when it was time to turn in for the night we realised the blind in the girls’ room did not close. It looked out to the neighbour’s property. My husband called at 8pm and was insulted for calling at the late hour. My grandkids and I heard the exchange and I physically cut the phone conversation that was so upsetting to us all. Even after a period of time to rethink, Brian texted my husband the next day with insults to his mental health.I

Amazing Location

We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean and had the basics for your stay. The location was incredible, you just had to walk up the wooden walkway to get to the beach, and we couldn't have been happier with the proximity! There's a cute little coffee shop nearby that we went to for coffee in the mornings. I highly recommend watching the sunrise from the end of the walkway and taking a stroll to grab coffee if you're an early riser!

Nice house, not family friendly

House was nice and clean, there’s nothing to do with the family, the cleaning people they use told us that they don’t know why families go there because all there is to do is drink and lay in the sun. Cut our stay 5 days short.

Love the beach access!

It was a very nice space and love that the beach is right out the back door! Lovely outdoor space and spacious inside. Only negatives are I wish there were more pillows and extra blankets and if there are guests staying upstairs you can hear each step they take. Otherwise throughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!!

The owners were incredibly nice and the property was absolutely perfect!! Incredible beach and sunsets!! Lots of pelican watching and we even saw some dolphins!!!! I would absolutely rent here again!!!

Beautiful home, right on the beach!

Our first trip to Carolina Beach was one to remember! This home was top-notch and fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook, clean up after yourself and relax. A very cozy and inviting home all around with comfortable beds and furniture. And so, so clean. I’ve never stayed at an oceanfront home before and I absolutely loved that. Is there anything worse than going to the beach (with kids) and having to deal with sand in the car?? At this home, you won’t have to! The hosts were so friendly and communicated very well, which makes the process just so much easier. The location is great too! Just a short drive from the boardwalk area. I personally liked having the little bit of distance from the busier in town area. I felt so at home here and can’t wait to come back!

Great stay, right on the beach

Great lower level stay at Carolina Beach. The check in process was very simple and the communication from the owner was above and beyond what was expected. Tons of room, very comfortable beds and great walkway to beach. Would love to come back and stay over the summer. No issues, and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay at Carolina Beach.

Very Comfortable home! We had a Short staycation it WuZ quiet and Lovely. My favorite part is the beachfront Porch area and walking straight to the sand and ocean absolute Magic!

A breathe of fresh air

The property was beautiful and clean. So many extras.The towels were big and fluffy and the beds were amazingly comfortable. It would be a great place for kids too. I plan to revisit for sure!

Quick Trip Oceanfront

Very impressive property. One of the cleanest owners you will find. This is one of the rare property's I have found where the "in person" experience matches the website photos. Owner is extremely easy to work with and is overall very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and 100% recommend.

Beach Front Property

This was our first trip to Carolina Beach. The property was exactly as the Vrbo listing. The host was amazingly responsive and replied almost immediately to all of our texts, questions, and suggestions. We highly recommend this property considering its location right on the beach, quality of the property, and availability of the owners.
