The living room is centered around a large and inviting decorative fireplace and has ample seating for your group to gather. An office space with direct access to the yard is available just off the entrance hallway.
The detached casita living/dining area is bright, welcoming, and filled with a beautiful collection of southwestern accents. The dining table comfortably seats four and the latillas, exposed beams and decorative kiva fireplace evoke the very essence of old Santa Fe. Brand new ducted AC/heating provides year round comfort, with a comfy couch and a cleverly hidden TV within the entertainment center completing the picture.
KITCHEN
The house has a large kitchen with an enormous fridge and other high-end appliances. A beautiful breakfast nook with bay windows provides a perfect place for morning coffee, or to socialize while cooking. The formal dining space is just off the kitchen, and there is an additional dining table underneath the portal outside.
The casita features an adorable original kitchenette that offers everything you need to cook a meal at home, including a separate pantry, microwave, full-sized fridge/freezer plus bar fridge and high-end SMEG counter appliances.
BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to a private outdoor clawfoot tub (only operable in warm weather). The suite also has an adjacent den which serves as an additional living room with the only TV in the house.
The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and en-suite baths.
The beautiful bedroom has a king bed adorned with an antique hand-painted Mexican headboard, elegant white shutters and a large walk-in wardrobe.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The large patio and outdoor dining space, is surrounded by beautiful pinon trees and native vegetation add privacy and a distinctly "Santa Fe" feel. An old artisan-made fountain and new gas grill complete the picture.
