Very smooth checkin at a nice property

My fiance and I came in for the night to have a date night before going to the UT baseball game the next afternoon. It was a great location and exactly what we needed for 2 people. It was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for a food/drink tour of the old city. We loved this stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!

Very nice apartment with all of the things needed to relax after a long day at work, play, or just to getaway. There were other people in other apartments, but i only saw one in passing and the noise level was great. There were trains tgat came by, but the room was equipped with a noise canceling machine so i slept well.

The location of this property is perfect to all the attractions in downtown Knoxville. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go, including UT. The Market Square and downtown were only a minutes walk away. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Communication with management was very easy and addressed any of our questions. There was street noise, but that was completely expected and normal when you are that close to downtown. Nothing out of the ordinary. Much cheaper than any of the local downtown hotels and an overall better experience. Highly recommend if you're coming to town for a weekend and want to be close to all Knoxville has to offer.

Nice place to stay. Convenient location, close to the university and downtown. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and new or recently remodeled. Excellent and helpful host. Very responsive. Host provides some nicr snacks and even some wonderful homemade banana bread! Would stay again for sure... is there a sixth star available?

Nice place and location

This place was so clean and had such high quality amenities. We were extremely comfortable and the check in and check out was super easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to take morning walks without issues. Great job!
