Rented this house with three other couples and house was as advertised

We stayed here from June 20–23 with a group of 19 family members, and this home was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches and amazing amenities throughout.Even though the weather wasn’t sunny during our stay, we still had an incredible time. The house had plenty to do for all ages—from games and cozy indoor spaces to outdoor fun when the skies cleared up. The yard is gorgeous, and the lake access (with awesome water toys) was a huge hit for the whole crew.This was our first time in Idaho, and this home truly made it feel like a hidden gem. We’re already talking about making this a yearly family tradition!One thing that made it even more special: the LDS-inspired touches throughout the home. It added a sense of peace and familiarity that we really appreciated. #LDSStrongThank you for sharing this beautiful space—it brought our family closer and helped us make memories we’ll never forget.

Very comfortable beds and living space. The patio was especially nice for visiting and the girls were able to play. The only thing I would recommend there was only a couple just plain coffee cups for the Kerig coffee maker. But if you like the flavored coffees they had a nice variety of all kinds of flavors. The internet didn’t always work. The best part was access to the Spokane River beach and park!! Easy walking distance or driving.

I almost don’t want to give a review… what if everyone books me out of another stay? It is beautiful and the property is stunning! The kitchen/livingroom is open and welcoming. Perfect for a family trip.

We have had the chance to stay in quite a few different vacation homes and this was the best by far! Not only is the home beautiful it had everything we need plus more. The host, and their family, are just the kindest people and communication and their constant kindness was just above and beyond! My entire family of 7 commented on just how great everything was. ♥️

Highly recommended this spot. Great host that accommodated a very late check in. Spacious and filled with little touches (like coffee filters and coffee).

This house was everything we hoped it would be, with all the amenities, a spacious kitchen and a grassy yard. The owner was always available to help. We plan on staying here in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time. The five adults who stayed all rooms were awesome. Only one challenge was three of the bedrooms had to share one full bathroom which made it challenging. We thpugh had one couple share with the master bathroom which was very nice. Again overall what a beautiful and very relaxing place. The BBQ was a huge hit and fireplace on the lake. We highly recommend this estate. So much fun. And Linda thank you for your response updates.
