Landin and Cassi were both raised in the area, and are high school sweethearts. The met when Cassi was 15 and Landin 16. Dating for 4 years they got married 1 year out of high school in 2017. They are expecting their first child, a little boy, in August after a successful round of IVF. After working for Terra Landscaping for the past 15 years they recently took over Cassi's parents business, Terra Landscaping, which shows in their yard. Landin and Cassi love doing construction projects together and seeing the outcome of what they can build together.

When it is time to relax they both enjoy the outdoors, no matter the season they find something to do. Summer is their favorite and enjoy taking out their boat with friends and family on the Coeur d'Alene Lake to enjoy wake surfing. They also love to boat downtown Coeur d'Alene to dinner. Boat camping on Lake Rosevelt has filled some of their favorite memories. In the Fall they spend most of their weekends up in the mountains taking in all of what the Pacific NW has to offer. Landin loves to snowmobile with his buddies in the winter at Priest Lake and other local areas.

After about a year and a half of looking for property on the highly desired road of W. Riverview, my husband and I found and purchased this property in 2016 when we were 27 years old. The house was completely run down and needed to be completely gutted. My husband had a background in construction, and I had a love for design. The following 4 years we spent gutting, remodeling, doing an addition of 1250 sf making the house 3650sf currently. We did all the work ourselves with the help of a few family members.

We are a family of landscapers, so we immediately started dreaming of the potential for the landscaping, bringing in 150 loads of topsoil to change the grades and create some separation between the road and the property was our first step. From there we dreamed of the entertaining we would do over the next years with our families. We added a lot of grass, water features, a super large very hot gas fire pit, patios, and a hot tub. The deer and elk love our property.... I on the other hand have a love/hate relationship with them because they love to eat my plants, yes even the ones that are deer resistant.....

Over the years our dream continued to grow for this property. We have hosted several weddings and events for friends and family on the property, which we loved but it was a ton of work. Thats when we decided this house would be such a great vacation rental for people because of the grounds and the wonderful location close to everything. We then decided to divide the property and build our own house and shop for our landscape company on the back half of the property in 2021. My husband and I designed and did 90% of the work, along with our landscape crew over the 2021/2022 winter.
