Great place to stay. Julie was great and responsive. Close to area sites. Guiet and good for a restful get away

Everything was clean and as represented in the listing. The driveway situation was not ideal, but the property manager informed me of this ahead of our stay, and added that they are working on that issue. Overall it was exactly as promised, and ideal for our stay.

The apartment was very comfortable. We didn't realize that it was upstairs. It was very hot temperature wise. Our manager was sending me e-mails. But I wasn't getting them. But once we were inside everything was perfect. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and very nice to return to after sightseeing. Once we had the wifi everything was a lot better on both sides. The house/apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured.
