The property was exactly as advertised and a good price for a weekend getaway.

Alex and his property were absolutely perfect for our trip. It was close to everything we needed and the house itself wasn't missing a single thing. In fact it had things that we haven't seen at other houses we have stayed at. The property was clean and all the instructions were clear without any questions. Had there been any though, I know Alex would have answered them or taken care of any issues immediately. We had first time VRBO people with and they are already looking forward to their next stay! This is a 10 out of 10....in fact, I would give it more if the scale went higher!

We appreciated all the amenities this beautiful lake property had to offer and it was very clean! Our family and friends spent a lot of time in the shallow waters of Clear Lake and it was amazing! The kids loved the bunk bed room and the cozy swirl chairs by the big screens. Also, the screen porch was clutch for rain and evening visiting. Thanks for a great time!

Kids loved the sandy beach and kayaks. Only minutes away from town. Lake is relatively quiet so it was nice and relaxing. House was clean and great set up. Nice having A/C in the main family room for the dogs. Michelle the owner communicated with me and let me know events happening in town. Overall great time.

Beautiful property thats well equipped. The hot tub was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our girls weeked here. Highly recommend.
