Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size.

Third or fourth visit to the Cottage on the River. I think that says it all. Reasonable fishing this year, cracking sunrises with fresh coffee to hand, late evening flypasts of the egrets and their cousins heading to roost. Plenty of birdlife but very few gators although we may have seen some if we could have made it across to the far side of the river. The big gentle manatees pass by slowly just like life on the river. Thank you John for a wonderful visit. We will be back hopefully when we visit our relatives next in Oviedo. We found the property super comfortable, very accommodating to our requests and overall John had great communication.
