We had the most incredible stay at this villa — truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived (and even before!), the level of care and attention we received was outstanding.We accidentally ended up at the wrong coordinates upon arrival, and Varya personally came to pick us up in her car. That kind of above-and-beyond service set the tone for the rest of the trip. She and the team were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our entire stay — we always felt looked after.The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, it was the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing getaway. Every detail was thought of — from the well-stocked kitchen to the luxurious bedrooms and gorgeous pool area. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out, hang out, and have fun together without ever feeling crowded.Whether we were lounging poolside, cooking dinner together, or getting ready for a night out, the space was a joy to be in. It felt like our own private oasis.We can’t recommend this place enough — not just for the beauty of the home, but for the warmth and care of the people behind it. Thank you again, Varya, for making our Ibiza trip so special. We’ll be dreaming of this villa for a long time!

Great stay, we enjoyed the heated pool in early season. Beatiful views from rooftop. Nice location.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans la maison de Bart. L'emplacement un peu isolé nous a convenu à merveille pour profiter de la tranquillité de l'endroit. Mais tout est très facilement accessible en voiture, les belles plages, les villes et villages. Tout s'est bien déroulé pour trouver la maison, les enfants ont encore profité de la piscine même si elle n'était plus très chaude et les chats et le chien de la maison nous ont rendu de fréquentes visites! Un endroit à recommander!

It was a true gem. Very calm neighborhood and the house was very zen, clean lines and atmosphere aways from crazyness. Very nice and organic/boho modern style

The property has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay. Inside, there's a great selection of kitchen gadgets neatly stored away for use and the an extensive range of TV options and packages. The bedrooms and shower area are perfectly maintained. The outdoor area of the villa has everything that you could want - particularly for a family stay. A large and spotless pool area, lots of sunbeds, a pool table, and lots of other games for family fun. There are several seating areas to enjoy meals and snacks outdoors. The area itself is very peaceful. There's a well stocked supermarket just a 90 second walk away and a restaurant beside. The closest beach is just a 15/20 minute walk away with more supermarkets and restaurants. Simone was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or queries that we had. A very relaxing break in a lovely house which is perfect for families with young children.

The location is very desirable. 20 mins from airport by taxi and 10 minutes walking from a well serviced beach with 4 different chair/umbrella stations for hire and plenty of room to spread out on the sand. The wide sandy beach here is a series of two coves protected on all sides so great for young or less confident swimmers and waders. Generally very shallow with small waves. Five beach restaurants to choose from, each with a different menu and price point, so lots of selection for members of any kind of party. There is a kind of beachy department store and a grocery store with fresh and shelf stable foods about 20 minutes by foot either by beach or by paved road with sidewalks. The house itself is a dream. Organized over 2 floors with private terraces on ground and first floors with the entire roof comprising a sunny and breezy terrace. No worries about security as all the windows and doors on the ground floor come equipped with security shutters and a monitored security system. The kitchen is very well equipped. Freezer for ice and a big refrigerator for fresh food, beverages, and plenty of dish ware and cookware for eating in. The house even comes with beach towels for the pool, beach, or lounging in the hammock, upholstered outdoor bed, or any of the comfortable lounge chairs. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommendable!

Everything was great. There were excellent additions to the property that weren’t listed. Great layout for our family to spread out. Many places to chill out. A really nice property well maintained. Catalina and Vicent are nice hosts. Communication was a little problematic but that was mostly due to my phone service and the signal in Ibiza, but our hosts and their team did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. Attentive to any issues and our needs.

Can Guerxonet was brilliant. The perfect base for our (too short) trip to Ibiza. We were a group of 8 and there was more than enough space. Lots of little gathering areas, beautiful luscious pool area and gardens, very very well equipped kitchen. And Caty was very kind and helpful ☺️ Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Only tip: use the app for taxis because a lot of the time if you tell them Can Guerxonet or the address they have no idea 🤣 sometimes “Sa Tasca” works because there used to be a restaurant here.
