We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It is a remote location, so expect to drive a while to get to bigger towns or cities. The hostess was lovely and very kind.

I needed a place to relax and recharge, and this was perfect! The house is spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet gated estate with views of the lake. There is a good sized fenced backyard with tables and a grill, and the backyard was a quiet haven for my morning coffee. Kevin and Charmain are lovely hosts, very responsive and friendly, and willing to help with questions and suggestions. I look forward to my next visit!

The hosts are amazing!! The house was wonderful and the property was everything as described. Lovely time on the lake kayaking. We were very well taken care of and Nicola and David were the loveliest hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend renting this lovely home if you just want to relax and enjoy the Irish countryside. Lots of laketime activities and hiking. Plan on going back for sure! If you contact Nicola directly she will give you a discount.

Lovely cabin in the woods, came with all the little extras you often don't think to pack (e.g. towels, condiments, cleaning products, books, DVDs, toys, baby equipment etc). Can't help but relax here, especially on the veranda in the evening, which has a patio heater if needed. No wifi & 6km from town meant my kids aged 15, 13 & 4, took to exploring the woods, finding frogs, playing games, watching DVDs with family while 'home'. Conveniently located within a short distance from many outdoor activities- we also went kayaking, hiking, saw the Marble arch caves, clay pigeon shooting and had a day in Enniskillen (just 35 mins drive), where the kids had the novelty of using pounds instead of euros. Great stay, owner was very helpful and nice. House was nice, but had a good bit of clutter in it and could have been cleaned better. But overall, great place in great location. Thank you,
