Find oceanfront rentals near Becker Conservation Area

We had a great stay with four kids aged 2-10. The fireworks on July 4 were amazing all around the lake. Bill and Yuna were very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed without being overbearing. We also found local hiking and visited Old Sturbridge Village. There were 3 kayaks and a paddle boat which we used. The water is shallow enough for the 2 year old to walk fully around the dock.

The property was very clean and the communication with the owner was easy! Jason responded quickly to my messages. The lake was a great addition and the property included kayaks. Would stay again!

My husband and I came up to visit our daughter, who goes to UConn. This house was perfect! Great location, clean, beautifully decorated. I loved the kitchen and grill outside. I cannot wait to stay here again next time we are in town!

This house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the campus festivities and going out to restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and was much nicer than staying at a hotel. Comfy beds and a warm cozy living room area right off the cute kitchen. My in-laws loved it too. Nice firepit area outside too. Thanks!

We are 6 friends of college who like to get together a few weekends throughout the year. We like to try new places in the water in Connecticut as it’s a midway point between our homes. This cottage on the lake was a perfect retreat for us. It was well equipped and had great views.

We loved staying here. Gorgeous views with very easy access to water. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return. 😀

I have stayed in many rentals over the years and we have always had nice experiences however, our experience with the cottage in Coventry was off the charts...EXCELLENT. We were in town for UConn's Parents Weekend and opted for a rental this time vs a hotel. So happy we did! The cottage was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, warm, so cozy with wonderful little touches everywhere. As someone who likes to entertain and host guests, I notice and appreciate ALL the little details- and there were many( and all very special). We originally had concerns over only one bathroom (with 5 of us staying), but it was a non issue. The bedrooms were a good size, Comfortable beds/bedding, plenty of towels, and conveniences like toiletries, coffee pods and a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in (we did 2 nights). We loved the porch overlooking the beautiful lake, took advantage of the kayaks and bird watching ;) Only 10 minutes to campus and my kids (18, 20 and 21 years old) loved the experiences as much as we did! The owner Susan was LOVELY and was so kind with excellent response time. We so enjoyed talking with her and hearing the history of the cottage. And even though she is on property she was wonderful with giving us our space and privacy however, we are a chatty family and LOVED our conversations with her!) I would rent here again in a HEARTBEAT. You can just feel the positivity on this property, its a special place for sure.

Absolutely perfect! They thought of everything, we loved how it was decorated and how clean the whole property was inside and out. We got in late and Lisa and Robert offered to bring breakfast by. Unheard of these days. Do not hesitate to book your reservation.
