  • Beautiful condo, well equipt, fabulous view

"We had a fabulous time at Sundial. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipt with every enmity needed for our stay from cooking to relaxing at the pool or the beach. The property is located in a perfect spot to access all the fantastic things to do on Sanibel Island. It is a short walk to the beach with an excellent view! The bike path is located across the street from the property which was very convenient as we could bike almost everywhere we wanted to go while on the island. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with timely, excellent customer care both before and during our stay in her home. We would highly recommend staying at this property!"

  • Very nice older property.

"Plus: Very neat & clean. Pine Cove has been a favorite of ours over the years; 1st time in this unit. Minus: The lack of a light over the dining area was a big minus. The east-most sliding door in the living room is in-operable (needs new rollers). The silverware needed attention: 2 tb, 1 TB, & 1 soup spoon were the extent of the spoons. The majority of the knives all had bent ends; can't imagine what they were used for!! The 2nd bedroom was tight for 4 people in 2 full beds; OK for kids. We ate all suppers out: Timbers and Traders are still our favorites; and Sweet Mellissa's for a real treat. Next year we'll have 6 adults & 2 grandchildren, so we'll need a larger unit."

  • The best management company on Sanibel

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SBL is an excellent company to deal with. If you're considering visiting Sanibel, approach them first. The guys and gals there are amazingly quick to address any queries. We come over to Sanibel from England each year and would never consider using any other agent (and, boy, are we fussy .... Well you know what the English are like!?"

  • The BEST Possible place for beach lovers

"Perfect location - last complex before Lighthouse Park. Easy to Walk along the entire east end beachs of Sanibel Island. This particular unit is next to the stairwell to the beach as well. And LOVED the pool. Seldom any children, and positioned for full sun from somewhere on site til plenty late in the day. Interior of this spacious condo is spotless and impeccable. Every kitchen appliance you could possibly want. Filtered water in the frig so no need to buy ice or hassle with bottled water. Beach/pool stuff is here - 6 or 8 big beach towels and 4 chairs. Even an umbrella if one should want to use it (we did not). I see where it could easily accommodate 3 couples. We Hope to stay at this very same unit in the future. (Wish the future was NOW and we did not have to leave!!) LightHouse Café is nearby, but many others are within the 12 mile length of the island. . Oh - and When air conditioner went out, it was repaired promptly the next morning by the owner. There is also an On-Site maintenance man (for the complex) who is often available for questions and will address any exterior building concerns. I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE. HINT for shellers: Take the Captiva Cruises ship to Cayo Costa State Park. Most shells are many times larger than those found on Sanibel."
