The house was beautiful and well-maintained, with a gorgeous backyard and pool. They had so many activities, and were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. The interstate is right by, so it's a bit noisy, but overall the house surpasses that. And they have the softest beds you'll ever sleep on in your life.

This rental is clean, spacious and modern. Communication with owners was fast and efficient. An ideal location and breathtaking apartment.

My family and I enjoyed the home. Very comfortable with lots of open space. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

Stayed with my wife while on a surprise trip to Atlanta for her to see Pearl Jam . I was looking for something fun and a bit out of the ordinary . The treehouse was perfect . Accommodations were comfortable. The llamas, alpacas, and 2 dogs were delightful and friendly . If u like animals and are looking for a way to add something special to a trip to Atlanta then stay here !

We stayed at this house in Atlanta this weekend and it was absolutely lovely inside — clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The location made it easy to get to downtown attractions, which we really appreciated! While the home itself was great, the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t quite what we expected. It’s not very walkable, and the area felt a bit run-down compared to the house. That said, we felt comfortable inside and had everything we needed for a restful stay after exploring the city. The games upstairs with separate living area was a nice touch for our group of 8.

Kevin was an excellent host! We encountered a few minor discrepancies during our stay, but Kevin was quick to resolve them and was always easily reachable. While parking could have been a bit more convenient, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We spent 8 nights in Atlanta for work and vacation. This property was absolutely perfect. Convenienty located near midtown/downtown area, but still very quiet and safe neighborhood. The guesthouse was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The pool/hot tub/backyard are absolutely amazing!! Rob and Julian were very kind and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will definitely stay again when we return to Atlanta!
