We come to Orlando every other year and this villa was perfect for our family, The location is great for the parks, very spacious and homely, floor at first did not feel clean as shoes not allowed in the villa, however Frode sent cleaners in and there was not issue after floor being cleaned. Hot tub fantastic. Great host. Would come back to this villa and would definitely tell friends

We've been holidaying in Florida for decades and the last 20 years have been villas. most of them really nice but none of them as clean as this one. The moment we arrived at the gated entrance we were very welcomed by the young lady and that continued throughout the holiday. The resort was the perfect size, not too big and a lovely little clubhouse with mini golf. The villa was fabulous with a great games room and it even had a pacman machine, which took me back to my youth although for some reason I never got past level 2!! You got the sun from first light until about 5pm when it went over the villa and by that time you were glad! We had a little issue on the first day about the pool but after contacting John it was immediately sorted, thanks John, BTW it has a resident gecko under the faraway right sun lounger that lives just under it that we watched sneaking out under the lanai every day foraging for food then coming back home later, just like us!! We would love to say that this was a home from home, but coming from Scotland, we don't have the weather, we don't have the pool, but the home was fantastic so it was a home from heaven

Property looked superb on the VRBO website but in reality it is so much better than we could dream of. Michel & Manon were great throughout the booking process being very flexible with our booking as we had to wait for our flight bookings to become available. The villa has everything you need and so much more so ask as it is likely it is there to save you packing it.Thank you for a superb stay at your property and all the very best for the future.If we come back we would definitely stay here again it’s so close to the parks and everything else you need.

This villa was lovely. It had everything you would ever want for a stay. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery, the kitchen was well equipped. The villa is situated in a quiet residential development and ideal to relax in after a hectic day in the parks. We looked forward to coming back each day to take advantage of the lovely pool and hot tub.Overall we found the villa very comfortable and welcoming and we, without question, strongly recommend for anyone to escape the humdrum of the parks each day.

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Could have spent a lot of time happily just using the pool and games room but as a bonus it is also very convenient for the theme parks, especially Disney World. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the lovely sunsets. Good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Rock and Brew became a favourite.

Our family holiday at the villa was exceptional. Clean and spacious rooms, more TVs than our local TV shop, games room and supurb pool area (projector screen added during our stay). We were using the Villa as our base for visits to local attractions and the host left plenty of information and local tips that greatly helped when getting our bearings. The pool was obviously our focal point of activity, with 3 children and several child like adults. Many blow up animals were purchased and the jacuzzi proved popular with non-swimmers. The bedrooms and attached en-suites were spacious, comfortable but most of all cool to sleep in, with ceiling fans and great air conditioning. If you are looking for a base for a large family group within throwing distance from all of the Florida attractions, this should be it.
