This is a beautiful home that looks and feels brand new. Very high quality but comfortable furnishings. Sit by the heated pool and use your own laptop to check your mail and cruise the internet. A printer/copier/fax machine is supplied with unlimited local and US long distance calling. Unlimited international calling can be made available for a small fee.
The kitchen opens on the family room and large screen TV and fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances.
The home is located in the Central Beach Area of Vero Beach. You can walk to everything you need. Bike and kayak rentals are just blocks away. My husband, myself, our son, our adult grandson and our 5-year-old great granddaughter stayed here in May. A perfect time to be in Florida! This home was perfect for us. Clean and well maintained! Spacious and well laid out. Did I say clean?! Loved it. The pool was great; lots of time spent IN the pool as well as sitting by it just enjoying the surroundings! I would highly recommend this property! We loved just staying there and visiting; another son and family (wife and 3-year-old) stayed at his in-laws place but spent loads of time with us. We rented a pontoon boat on the intracoastal one day; and we all totally enjoyed a "Pirates' theme" evening at the Disney Resort. Also enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants!! Just a short walk to the beach for walks ... and fishing (no luck there!)
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This was the most perfect home for our family to have a vacation. The master suite was huge and overlooked the gorgeous pool area. The master bath was huge as well. Jacuzzi tub and separate shower were a big plus. I love the extra living area separate from the den. The dining room gave us a place to invite friends to dinner gave us plenty of room to all eat together. The kitchen was soo big that we all could be in it and share the space and bump into each other....LOL>>>The guest bedrooms were bigger than normal bedrooms with a full bath between them , so the girls had plenty of space. The half bath came in handy with 6 young ladies getting ready for their day or night. My husband enjoyed cooking on the grill by the pool and he even commented that I did good on finding this home. :) Next year we plan on building a new home and I want this house plan to be implemented. It was sooooooo perfect for us. Not to mention We could walk to the beach and all the shopping area. We also enjoyed the outdoor market on Saturday morning . Bought lots of fish and grilled it all the next night. MMMMMMMMM........ We definitely would love to stay there again if available.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have been renting in Vero for 5 years, and this house had the best location, best layout for our family, best kitchen, best family room, most comfortable bed, and was the cleanest. House is walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach, ice cream and shopping. Owner is easy to deal with.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The house was wonderful. I have rented houses in various parts of the country, and the quality of this property, as well as the spacious accommodations, were even better than the pictures and web site. The location is great, since we were traveling with various age adults and kids, and the beach, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.
