View of the Pristine Dunes - Cape San Blas Vacation Rental This townhouse is located on the St. Joseph's Bay Peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and St. Joseph's Bay on the other. Located in the Barrier Dunes gated community with private beach access, this two bedroom townhouse is very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Walk just 52 steps to the boardwalk that will lead you to the beach which was rated #1 beach in the nation by Dr. Stephen Leatherman (aka Dr. Beach). You'll be amazed by the sparkling white sand and emerald green water. You'll often see dolphins playing near shore. There are few beaches in the country this sparsely populated. Families will not only enjoy the warm sand and water, but also the two pools, stocked fishing ponds and the lighted tennis courts in Barrier Dunes. Golfers will find the St. Joseph's Bay Country Club course (just a 15 minute drive away) challenging and scenic. Barrier Dunes is located at the gate of the St. Joseph's Bay State Park which offers beautiful hiking trails along the bay and outstanding bird watching. St. Joseph's Bay offers a wealth of activities including boating, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and some of the best scalloping in the gulf. This townhouse offers three balconies, each with beautiful views, two bedrooms with queen beds and a fold-out queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably sleeps six. The beautiful and efficient kitchen is fully stocked including an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, all small appliances and a host of other amenities. We love spending time at Cape San Blas and hope you'll choose to visit our little piece of paradise.
