Location, Location... This beautiful townhome is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis, a beach called Praia Mole (pronounced Praia Moley). To the locals, this beach is specifically known for its abundant beautiful women and big pumping surf and is my personal favorite in Brazil, which is why I bought a vacation home here.
Florianopolis (aka Floripa) is known as the safest city in Brazil and is the capital of Santa Catarina (a state in south Brazil). Florianopolis is a large island (22 miles long) with 42 different beaches. The house is located on Praia Mole beach, centrally and conveniently located on the east coast of the island. Praia Mole beach resides on a narrow strip of land that divides the lagoon from the Atlantic ocean. With the beautiful lagoon and jungle on one side of the housing complex and Praia Mole beach on the other, you are literally surrounded by water and nature. We call this area the filet mignon of the island due to it's beautiful and convenient location, just a few minutes drive to the town of Lagoa da Concecao, where you'll find many restaurants, bars, night clubs, a shopping mall, and grocery stores. And being just across the street from the beach means you can bypass all of the high-season afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), making this convenient location extremely desirable.
NIGHTLIFE GUIDE & DESIGNATED DRIVER... That's right! This townhouse even comes with an optional bilingual tour guide for both nightlife and day/surf excursions. Your tour guide also doubles as an interpreter and designated driver. Florianopolis is popular for having some of the best nightlife in South America but you need to know where to go and how to do it, something you don't want to waste a week figuring out for yourself. Your guide will know which nightclubs are hopping on which nights and can make dinner/VIP table reservations and get you dialed in like a local.
FLORIANOPOLIS CAR RENTAL: For your convenience and savings, I can also assist you with renting a car upon arrival at one of the best rates in town. The price ranges between R$65-100 reais/day depending on options & season. Includes all taxes, local insurance, and unlimited miles.
AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE: If you rent a car through my recommended company, they can meet you at the airport with your car and can usually give you an escort to the house or even drive you there so you don't get lost.

Hey Don, The trip was unbelievable. It was everything you said it would be. I have tons of great stories and pics. I met a girl that wants to get married. She's a great girl who speaks English. I think that island is a hidden piece of Heaven. We made some friends and toured the whole island. If you haven’t been to the party P12, it’s a must go. It was great! We will definitely be going back either in a few months or next year same time. Next time we will be staying for at least a month. Thanks for everything. If you need a reference let me know. Thanks.
