Location, Location... This beautiful townhome is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis, a beach called Praia Mole (pronounced Praia Moley). To the locals, this beach is specifically known for its abundant beautiful women and big pumping surf and is my personal favorite in Brazil, which is why I bought a vacation home here.
Florianopolis (Floripa for short) is known as the safest city in Brazil and is the capital of Santa Catarina (a state in south Brazil). Florianopolis is primarily a large island (22 miles long) with 42 different beaches, with the furthest beach just 40 minutes away from the house. With the beautiful lagoon and jungle on one side of the housing complex and Praia Mole beach on the other, you are literally surrounded by water and nature. We call this area the filet mignon of the island due to it's beautiful and convenient location, just a few minutes drive to many restaurants, bars, night clubs, high-end shopping malls, and grocery stores. And being just a 5-minute walk to the beach means you can bypass all of the high-season afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), making this convenient location extremely desirable.
NIGHTLIFE GUIDE & DESIGNATED DRIVER... That's right! This townhouse even comes with an optional tour guide for both nightlife and day/surf excursions. Florianopolis is popular for having some of the best nightlife in South America but you need to know where to go and how to do it, something you don't want to waste a week figuring out for yourself.
My tour guides speak English and Portuguese and have a lot of experience in the nightlife department. Going to a nightclub in Florianopolis is one thing and going VIP is a whole different ball game and a fraction of the price compared to going VIP in the USA. Your tour guide will know which nightclubs are hopping on which nights. He can reserve a VIP table at your club of choice, help you meet beautiful Brazilian women, provide translation services for your new acquaintances, and even be your designated driver. The cost is just 100 Reais/night (about $55 USD) plus cover fees & expenses, which usually isn't much. Most renters have said their tour guide was a life saver!
AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE: For $50 USD, I can have someone meet you at the airport and either give you a ride or, if you're renting your own car, they can give you an escort to the house so you don't get lost. They will have the house keys for you and a remote control to the front security gate for a smooth and easy entrance.
FLORIANOPOLIS CAR RENTAL: For your convenience and savings, I can also assist you with renting a car upon arrival at about HALF the price of Hertz or Avis. The price runs between $65-75 reais/day depending on options and includes all taxes and local insurance. Just let me know in advance so I can reserve a car for you and have them meet you at the airport with your car.
Florianopolis is the safest city in Brazil and probably the only place in the world where you will see beautiful women & surfer girls hitch-hiking all day long and well into the night. In Florianopolis, Americans are still a novelty because there aren't many around and its one of the few places in the world where they still like Americans. Take advantage of that and experience it before the rest of the world finds out about Brazil's best kept secret... Florianopolis.
