    • Peaceful Stay This one week stay was very pleasant and peaceful in this modern house in a nice neighborhood. Very convenient for us, a familly of French tourists visiting Washington. Very good contacts with the owner. We would defintively recommend this rental.

My friends and I rented this house for a weekend reunion. Three families with small children slept in the house and three additional families spent the days enjoying the spacious house, the front patio, the back porch (with a concrete pond that the kids used as a wade pool), and the billiards room. The house is beautifully laid out and came furnished with top quality appliances and elegant fixtures. Walking distance to the Potomac River, the house is within 2 miles of the Bethesda restaurants, shops, and Metro. The friendly owner, who is an architect, designed the house for his family, but decided to let the rest of us enjoy it.

    • We had a family wedding to attend in DC, so decided to make it a vacation. A lot of our immediate family decided to stay together and found this amazing house so close to DC, but still in a quiet residential area convenient to everything! Lots of parking here, and the house is huge, so we didn't get in each others' way at all. We would have breakfast in the well stocked kitchen, while watching the Tour de France on the flatscreen TV in the kitchen, make and pack our lunches for the day, before heading out to DC to tour the museums. Then we'd all meet back at the house and then went out to dinner in Bethesda, which was also very convenient and had a wealth of restaurants to choose from! The house is stocked with everything, very roomy and very comfortable for all of us. The family/game room downstairs is a great meeting place, where we chatted and watched TV, while some played pool! The owner is very accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely manner via emails. It was so much fun to be with family members instead of being spread out all over different hotels! I would definitely recommend this place for a DC vacation!

    • We had a full house and fit in so nicely in this lovely clean spacious home. We had teenagers and young children and it was wonderful to have all the space. We extended the dining room table with the table on the deck and all had a fantastic time cooking great meals in the well equipped kitchen and the gas grill. We all piled into our minivan and parked near the Metro daily when we went to D.C. to see the sights. We could have taken a nearby bus, but this was quicker. The owners were very helpful and courteous. We have rented many homes on vacation and this was one of the nicest for our large group. I would go back if I were ever in the area and needed the space.

    • The house was outstanding! The pictures only give you a glimps of how nice this house really is. We were traveling with 5 people for one week and for each of us to have our own private space was great. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare a quick breakfast before we went out to see all of the sights of D.C., as well as to have the elements to prepare a gourmet for dinner. The bathrooms are fitted with wonderful fixtures, and the game room was a fun space to relax and play pool, and have a cocktail. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

This property is a beautifully maintained, fabulous home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We really enjoyed the spacious accommodations. Our family toured Washington DC each day and were happy to have a luxurious home awaiting us at the end of the busy day. The Metro station is close by, and getting around DC on Metro is a great way to sight see! We used the grill on the patio when we were tired of eating out. The owner is easy to work with, and responds promptly to e-mails. I would highly recommend this property to families.

We came for a college graduation and there were 25 of us who gathered in the D.C. area for the event. Our immediate family of 8 stayed here instead of hotels and it was super! A great place for gatherings (very open); great front steps for family pictures. The owners were very nice and available. Also house is so close to everything you would want to do in D.C.

    • We had family come to town for a mini reunion and we decided to put some of them up in this house instead of in several hotel rooms. When people walked in they could not believe that this was a rental house and were shocked at how nice everything was. The homeowner clearly put a lot of thought into this house and created a spa-like environment for every room. My family members truly enjoyed their stay and I was happy about how much money this house saved us.
