Wow, where do I begin... This is a two season old 2 level, penthouse unit in Phase II of The Sanctuary at False Cape, premier upscale condominium unit at the extreme south end of Sandbridge. The condo building sits on the Atlantic ocean, this unit has a view of the ocean from the top floor and both balconies feature spectacular views of Back Bay with all of its wildlife splendor and Breathtaking Sunsets!!

  • Beautifully furnished with top notch furniture that you wouldn't typically find in a rental. Upgraded linens and bedding, fun media room, great views of the sunsets. Skip (owner) was such a pleasure to interact with. I would highly recomend this rental.

  • The condo was beautiful. We had a larger group and there was plenty of room. The master suite and bathroom was huge. The bbq grills were nice to have and very clean and the pools were great. They were working on building the pool/snack swim up bar. It will be a great addition. Great place for a family to vacation.

  • We had a great vacation at Soulmates & Sunsets. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Watching the sun set after a long day on the beach is the perfect end to a great day. This was our second stay at Sanctuary Resort - first stay at Soulmates & Sunsets. We were not disappointed. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We can't wait to come back!
