Wow, where do I begin... This is a 2 level corner penthouse unit in Phase II of The Sanctuary at False Cape, premier upscale condominium unit at the extreme south end of Sandbridge. The condo building sits on the Atlantic ocean, this unit has a view of the ocean from the top floor and both balconies feature spectacular views of Back Bay with all of its wildlife splendor and Breathtaking Sunsets!!

Why the Owner Chose Virginia Beach
My wife and I love the ocean. I (Skip)am born and raised in Virginia Beach, spent most of my time on the Cheaspeake Bay as a kid, but always loved the remote location and quiet of Sandbridge Beach. It truly is the beginning of the Outer Banks, and if you are looking to save 3+ hours of driving to Nags Head or Corolla, then this is your location. Our destination is truly a "resort", with pools, work-out rooms, the ocean, an awesome on-site restaurant that will be serving both soft drinks and alcohol at the pools this season. We are about 45 minutes from the Norfolk ORF airport. The resort area (number streets) is about a 1/2 hour drive. You pass Ocean Breeze Water Park
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Morning coffee and a walk on the beach, what could be better (well maybe using your metal detector while you walk along and find treasures left from the beach goers). Our Condo is perfect for all, with 3000 square feet on 2 levels, plenty of "personal" space to be had. And if you have friends or family with special needs like medical oxygen or wheelchair access, you have contacted the right guy. I own a medical equipment rental company and have special rates for my guests.
This is a City of Virginia Beach operated fishing pier. Lots of fun and fish to be had!

Opens early @ 5:00AM and closes late @ 11:00PM. Small family grocer with a little bit of everything. Could save you an additional 10 minute drive for something small.
The closest hard liquor store. In Virginia, you can purchase beer and wine in a grocery store or convenience store

Recently we traveled south and went horseback riding on another beach on the Atlantic ocean. Our stay was very pleasant, and skip made an effort to make sure our stay went smoothly. We particularly enjoyed the westward view--it made for a good sunset over the water that one typically doesn't get on the Atlantic.

This was our first big family vacation. We enjoyed it so much, that we've already booked this year's stay. The kids absolutely loved the pools, especially the sprinkling turtles! The grills outside are fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious even with two grandmothers, a two year old and a one year old. The master bedroom/loft is just gorgeous. There are many beach toys, beach chairs, etc on-hand so no need to pack them! The condo is obviously well-taken care of, and spotless. Have fun!

Soulmates and Sunsets was the perfect place for my family and extended family to stay. The condo was large enough to accomodate my family of four, my mother and grandparents during our stay, giving everyone enough room to move about during our stay. Skip was more than accomodating with getting medical supplies for my grandmother to enjoy her stay with her disablities and helped us out with items needed for our infant. We loved how we were within walking distance to the beach and to the nearby park, yet away from the business of the city. It was nice to be able to relax with the comforts of home while being away on vacation. Soulmates and Sunsets was everything that is described and then some...you will not be disappointed with your stay! Thank you Skip for everything!

Beautifully furnished with top notch furniture that you wouldn't typically find in a rental. Upgraded linens and bedding, fun media room, great views of the sunsets. Skip (owner) was such a pleasure to interact with. I would highly recomend this rental.

The condo was beautiful. We had a larger group and there was plenty of room. The master suite and bathroom was huge. The bbq grills were nice to have and very clean and the pools were great. They were working on building the pool/snack swim up bar. It will be a great addition. Great place for a family to vacation.

We had a great vacation at Soulmates & Sunsets. The view from the balcony can't be beat. Watching the sun set after a long day on the beach is the perfect end to a great day. This was our second stay at Sanctuary Resort - first stay at Soulmates & Sunsets. We were not disappointed. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
