My girlfriends and I came down to spokane for a couple of days with our kids. We did this before and stayed at a hotel for one night. It was super stressful and there was no where for the kids to play and for us to relax. We decided to try a rental house in the hopes that it would be better. It was an amazing alternative. House was set up great, owner was very helpful and answered any and all questions. Not to mention the price was way better than a hotel. We have already booked our next trip here.

What an ideal place. The location was spot on, the duplex nicely laid out and fully stocked. We were nto smart enough to figure out the TV. The owner graciously explanined how and we were set; great customer service. We will definetly come back.

A lovely home away from home. We especially loved the cozy living room with fireplace, comfortable couches, large master bedroom with king size bed and views from the deck. Walking distance of a couple miles to town made this a convenient place to vacation in Spokane.

We stayed here in summer 2010 while attending a family event. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Was great to be able to have family guests over for breakfast with plenty of room for all. My only complaint is that it's starting to show the heavy use- upholstery need some cleaning, etc. That's because it's such a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again next time we get back to Spokane. You'll need a vehicle if you are going to stay here, it's a bit out of the way. I'd give it a 4 out of 5, only because of the deep cleaning need, otherwise it'd be a 5.

We stayed July 2-5, very close to downtown, nice and quiet neighbourhood. The place is very large and never feel crowded the place is older but kept clean and beats a hotel anyday of the week. We had a issue with our toitlet and i called the owner and she had a plummer there right away to fix it, they are very commited to customer satisfaction. I will be staying there again for sure

This a great place to stay in Spokane. Less than 10 minutes to Riverfront Park and 10 minutes from the airport. And such a great view from the deck. Everything you could need and yet very private since there are no backyear neighbors. We were a family of 4 adults, 2 seniors and 2 adult children returning from a visit to Idaho and Glacier National Park and only had 2 days before our flights. A very good bargain and do not let the low price fool you. It is first class. Our actual stay was June 27& 28 2010

We stayed at this townhouse last year and again this spring. It's close to downtown, the river, the airport... Much nicer than a hotel, secluded with beautiful views, always well stocked. We found it extremely affordable and very clean. We were able to cook at our leisure, eat on the decks... there were even bikes available for a ride on nearby Centennial Trail! Thanks again for such a great "home away from home".

My family recently stayed at this Spokane Townhouse and found it very comfortable and roomy. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but the sleeping accomadations were great. Three large bedrooms with comfortable beds. We didn't have time to cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Our goal was to have sleeping accomodations for all of us at an affordable price and we got that. The townhouse was 1970's vintage with some updates and the owner was great to work with. The rental price included cleaning and there was no deposit required so this made a great affordable place to stay for a family on vacation. It is very close to the airport which helped us out.
