The space
Only 7 minutes from downtown Spokane, a quick 5-minute drive from MultiCare and Sacred Heart hospitals, and 10 minutes from the airport. Enjoy the great outdoors with Polly Judd Park and “The Ridge” trailhead just a short 5-minute walk away. Check out the beautiful pictures of the trail featured in the listing.

This newly renovated one-bedroom unit is accessible via a private entrance and is nestled on the second floor of our home. The living room offers Roku smart flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a dining area that seats four. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—utensils, plates, glassware, and a variety of cookware—plus a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and a small selection of flavored syrups. In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed with soft pillows and crisp cotton sheets and a walk-in closet with ample shelving and hangers for your belongings. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated floors, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Absolutely great property. Great communication. Super comfortable bed. Tempted to ask the brand and get one myself. Bathroom is excellent. I’m 6’4” and it was more than comfortable.
