Renovated and cozy apartment with antique furniture and a lot of daylight and nice views to open green avenue within the heart of Born district,steps from Ciutadella park and beach (old town).
One bedroom with closet and chest of drawers with mirror. One living room, 1 convertible sofa for 2 and 1 sofa, Tv, one full kitchen with dining area for 4, each room has its own balcony with open views to tree line avenue and Court of Justice, 1 bathroom with separate WC, full bathtub. Apt on 3rd floor. No elevator. Very bright and sunny with large windows. Cobbled street with limited traffic allowed for neighbors only. Fresh bakery,grocery, pharmacy, internet store are just a few steps from the building. Fresh food market of Santa Caterina, is just 5 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants (from budget to high standing), small coffee shops, tapas bar, around the corner. Picasso Museum, Brossa theatre, Santa Maria del Mar gothic church are also around the corner

We loved the feel of this part of town, the proximity of the beautiful Ciutadella park, the colourful neighborhod, and the variety of transportation at doorstep (2 subway lines, 2 railway stations, direct connection to int. airport, the port, the cycling avenues) and possibility to walk easily to all vibrant spots in old town.

The unique benefits of our property is the amazing open views from all rooms which is quite rare in such narrow streets of the old town. Sunshine, green surroundings in the heart of the historic centre of Barcelona is a real luxury for us.
