Our mountain townhouse rental is situated in the Prestigious Four Seasons @ Camelback / NORTHRIDGE Station development, just 2 minutes away from Camelback Ski Slopes/Camelbeach Water Park. Our freshly painted 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Townhouse is fresh, clean and airy. November 2010... New Flooring in Family Room, Dining Room & Kitchen! January 2011... Keyless entry, no more keys! Our townhouse is in the great location on Maple Court, known for it's wide street and fantastic views of the slopes! - Dog Friendly. Licensed vacation rental owner.
Our townhouse gives you faster access to the parking area, coming from the opposite direction of the traffic - going down the mountain, not up the mountain. Spend less time on the long line and more time skiing/snowboard!
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a new King-Sized bed and sliding glass door leading onto a deck with two Adirondack Chairs & Table, overlooking the mountain. Enjoy the tranquility as you sit and relax. Also, upstairs is another bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.
On the main floor, the Family Room has all new furniture, with a Queen-Sized sofa bed and a wood burning fireplace! Along with the TV, you have a Digital DVR where you can record your shows, rewind and pause live TV! There are speakers inside and out for the stereo, IPOD ready. A sliding glass door off the dining room goes onto the over-sized deck, with 6 reclining chairs, a large table and a Weber large BBQ GAS GRILL. Also, on the main floor is the 3rd Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, Dining Room, Kitchen and Bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked, with a pantry for storage.
Downstairs is similar to a second living area! There is the 4th Bedroom (with Queen Bed), large Living area (with 2 loveseats and one Queen sofa bed) and the 3rd bathroom with a full sized washer and dryer. GameCube, 12 video games with two controllers and MANY board games are downstairs. Added in 2010, a Combo Pool/Air Hockey Table. The grownups could have peace and tranquility upstairs while the kids play downstairs. Priceless! LOL

You will receive a starter kit of paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid and soap.
In the summer, you have the scenic view of the valley, in the front and the private decks in the back. You cannot help but relax and take in the mountain air with the beautiful scenery! Our community has an outdoor heated full length swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), plus kiddie pool, and tennis courts just a minute drive. Pool fees not included! Fitness room, with nominal fee.
In the winter, you have a fantastic view of the Camelback Ski Resort slopes, off all 3 decks! Note that there is Night Skiing on the mountain until 9pm! The mountain is lit up and looks like a giant Christmas tree! Relax at night with the glow of the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), as you watch the snowflakes from the large picture window! Absolutely beautiful and surreal! It is truly an experience you will not soon forget. :)

Why the Owner Chose Tannersville
We loved the way the streets and houses look. We love the wide street on Maple Court. We wanted to be right there where the slopes are. Will hubby and the kids ski, I can just take 2 minutes to drop them off at the ticket booth and come right back.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Just 2 minutes away from Camelback Ski/Camelbeach Waterpark. I like the fact that I can drop everyone off and be back home in a few minutes. The outlets are just 5 minutes away and the new Casino is 9 miles away.

Claudia, The townhouse was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in kitchen. And plenty of games if you need. Felt just like home. The downstairs was great, especially for the 2 teenagers we had there. They had their own area to hang out. As for the adults we enjoyed the living room and deck area, and walks around neighborhood. It's a close drive to camelback mountain and shopping. Nice central location! Thank you for getting back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Thanks for sharing your home! ~ The Reynolds

We had a wonderful three generation family vacation at this property (two in their late fifties, four in their thirties, and children 15, 9, and 1). We found the property to be as advertised; scenic locale, fully furnished and stocked, well maintained, very clean and is exactly as depicted in the pictures on the website. The nine of us were very comfortable with sleeping accommodations, leisure space, dining space or just hanging out having a drink on one of the decks. We prepared several meals on site, there's a nice big grille, plenty of dishes, pots 'n pans, silverware, utensils, etc. The owner was very responsive to any question, was easy to contact and returned calls and emails promptly. As spread out as our ages are, we found a lot of activities to enjoy together: the nearby Camelback waterpark; Pocono Whitewater rafting (okay Grammie babysat that day); scenic rides; Buck Hill Falls Park; and, when the shoppers wanted to hit the factory outlets, the rest of us chose one of the area's beautiful golf courses to play. In between all that, some of us used the clean, spacious pool regularly, too. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, though we stuck with more family atmoshpere. The ones I would return to are the Tannersville Inn or Barley Creek Brewing (for dinner), and Billy's Pocono Diner or Village Deli (breakfast and lunch). All in all we had a fantastic time and would readily recommend this townhouse and vacation area to anyone.

My family and I had an awesome time over the Memorial Day weekend vacationing at this townhouse in the Poconos. The listing description and photos accurately reflect the townhouse once we arrived. Prior to, during, and after our stay Claudia was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. This was my second time staying at this townhouse and it was everything that I remembered from my first visit last year. It was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and perfect for a long weekend. I can't wait to return in the future for another mini vacation with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone interested in rest and relaxation or fun and excitement with family and friends. In addition, I highly recommend shopping at the Tannersville Outlets and going to Camelbeach for fun in the sun. My family and I truly enjoyed the weekend! Thanks Claudia for everything!!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was very clean and well stocked. Everyone was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It looked like a model home. It was spacous and the decks were awesome. It was nice that we were able to bring our dogs too. They also loved it. We will definitely come back.
