Nice new home on the golf course in the middle of Mission Royale. Backyard faces fairway of the 3rd hole. Very peaceful and quiet, yet only 250 feet (1/2 a golf hole or 3 min walk) from the Community/Recreation Center, Pools and Spa, Golf Shop/Restaurant/Bar, and Tennis Courts. It is nice to wake up to peaceful view, have coffee, and then stroll up to the Community Center for a workout or swim, or breakfast and tennis or golf.
You will enjoy this home with its vaulted ceilings, bay windows, and covered patio. There are fans in the bedrooms, living room, and on the patio. Raised vanities and toilets - easy on the knees. Air-conditioning and softened water package. TVs in living room and master bedroom, along with cable, DVD, VCR, CD-player, and "Twilight Zone" and others video library. Fully furnished kitchen, with all new appliances, including washer and dryer. Two-car garage with epoxy coated floors (patio and walkway is also epoxy coated - easy to clean).
Across the street from whole Mission Royale community is "The Promenade" Shopping Mall with shops (Dillards, Best Buy, etc), restaurants (Olive Garden, In & Out Burgers, etc), and movie theaters. Walk or drive over for some evening fun.

Why the Owner Chose Casa Grande
I like the warm weather in the winter (and the hotter summer weather). I chose this house since I like to play golf at Mission Royale and all of the other courses in the Phoenix/Casa Grande area.

I mentioned the golf and the warm winter weather. The adult active community is quiet but has all of the ammenities and activities needed to enjoy your stay (and life).
