This house has been designed to satisfy the most discriminating vacationer. The minute you walk through the entry courtyard, open the front door and step into the spacious entry you will see and feel the luxury. Vaulted ceilings throughout create dramatic spaciousness in this 3400 square foot, two story home with separate Casita.
There is a large, spotless, granite countered, GOURMET KITCHEN overlooking a wonderful huge family room with leather sectional. French doors open on to the resort style backyard. Here, you and your guests can sit and eat or watch TV and movies together on a BIG 72” screen. Have hours of fun playing Pool on the POOL TABLE in separate area or shuffleboard on your very own SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE. A half bathroom is available off this entertainment area.
Upstairs, a very spacious split level Master bedroom suite with fireplace sitting room awaits you! Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and spa. Complete with a full luxurious Master bath, it is a retreat you may not want to leave.
Also upstairs, is a bedroom wing that includes one twin bedroom with its own ensuite bath. Two more upstairs bedrooms share a bath in Jack and Jill fashion. There is an upstairs laundry room with washer and dryer, how convenient! In this wing there is also a large room with a sofa bed for additional guests. Every room comes complete with its own plasma screen TV with cable.
The separate, private casita has a queen sized bed and ensuite bath also with its own PLASMA TV.
When you step outside, you will feel as though you are in an island paradise! The beach front entry, salt water POOL, with its own SEPARATE SPA can't help but provide hours of fun and relaxation! A built in seating area complete with palapa is adjacent to the pool! Pool also features its very own swim up bar! A BARBEQUE guarantees total outdoor enjoyment.
We've worked hard to think of everything that a seasoned traveler could want, from fine furnishings to ALARM CLOCKS, PHONES and FAX MACHINE. The businessperson will find HIGH SPEED INTERNET access set up on a CABLE MODEM and WIRELESS CONNECTIONS. We know that once you've stayed in this home you'll want to come back again and again. That's our goal.
